No human to actually talk to …
Sadly poor. As there is no one to take a call. You simply go on hold & the music just plays …. Not helpful …. I was parked & I was driven into… so when you need help… there is none there. Sadly I won’t renew with them due to this …. Customer service…zero!! And then I get an email saying that I must call them … well after trying all day they can call me…. Utterly useless customer service!!
Sadly even the reply to this is simply to call again…. Sadly I won’t renew or ever recommend them..,.

The only thing wrong with my experience was . I had to switch to my laptop as your website would not load on my phone from confused.com site . So i dont know who is at fault for that . needs sorting so as you dont lose custom !

Incompetent
I haven't given a star it doesn't give you the option to not give one. I think it's absolutely disgusting that you allow drivers to carry on driving commercial vehicles after writing off the vehicle of an innocent driver with a child in the car. Not only did he reverse back through a green light the opposite way but wrote off my car at high speeds to park on red lines. It's almost taken you far too long to assist me with a cover vehicle and now I'm out of a job.

Worked really well on the renewal process.A reasonable reduction on previous year amount , and an offer to increase cover to Gold standard for very little more , allowed us not to go through the various sites looking for any other deals

A very competitive price
A very competitive price , easy to add extra drivers , lots of added extras such as courtesy car . This is my second year with them and although online comparisons gave cheaper cover the bolt on extras forced the price over my current premium !
