Awful! My correspondences aren't being read properly, digested accurately and responded to concisely.

Okay but much prefer to place orders by telephone.

Actually a joke of a company, left me and my children stranded as a fault on site left me unable to pay the insurance payment, wouldn’t reinstate my policy at all had to get new cover costing me twice as much, wouldn’t recommend at all as you can’t talk to anyone either

Easy to do but not clear at the end to request paper ducuments in post.

The worst experience I had with a company till today. Firstly, I was unable to speak to a human over the phone as my insurance was online only ( never made me aware upon buying it otherwise I would have bought the one with phone call support of course ), secondly they withheld my non claim bonus as their administration is so useless, they are unable to communicate writh their own different departments and the customer is the one who experiences the confusion and distress. I only had notifications only on my claim which they saw as claims and for a month they told me I didn’t have a non claim bonus when I did ( I also had emails from the claims department confirming it and still they were withholding it, making me unable to send my non claim bonus to my new insurance. Their service is extremely poor and I went with another company who actually has support available for customers. Avoid

Going to cancel my car insurance policy with one payment left to make as I have got rid of my car only to be told I would have to pay £40 cancellation fee. So would be paying double. Looks like I will have to pay the last month with no car

I was able to compare the various Allianz products easily. This review is at the point of purchase. The insurance is more than £ 1000 cheaper than my present car insurance and gives a better cover for hiring a car and key replacement.
