76% bad reviews and they are a review site!!!!!Do not trust....We had been paying customers of Allagents...I had a very rude phone call from them and we have decided to part ways.
At this point allagents have been in contact with all my customers.WHY!!!! sour grapes losing another customer.
They have made my company show with a 404 error code....I will be taking my complaint to trading standards and the negoiator.
To be honest this site Allagents is a waste of time and money....they also after approving reviews have decided to contact all the reviews and ask proof of relationship...I hope they are doing that to every single review on the Allagents site....Complaint now with trading standards.
I am not the only estate agent who has had the same problem. They hassled me to join them..at the time I said i had never heard of them and was not prepared to pay there normal membership fee. I said I would pay £25pm (£25 too much in my opinion) ..We never got any leads from them or valuations. I put one fake review on which I asked them to remove as i was testing the site. All the other reviews 80 Plus I can prove are genuine... I feel they have done all they can to damage my business... Yet they want Estate Agents to use them!!!! I would rather be deleted from the site.. If you search my town Newport Pagnell it comes up with Property Eagel , Strike and Yopa none of which have offices in Newport Pagnell. We have sold more property in Newport Pagnell than any other agent and if you would like to contact me I can prove it 01908 616636.
The so called awards are also a joke....how can you base awards on reviews....the previous winner in my area as best sales agent sold about a tenth of what we sell...read our google reviews for a true picture 417 reviews 4.7 rating.

I have received personal abuse and threats from allAgents.co.uk, a business owned by Henry Mulholland with sheriff Martin McKenzie and cowboy Dave Lyall looking after the horses. I have written to Henry to address my concerns... I am still awaiting a response

I simply asked for my company's details to be displayed correctly, which they have failed to do.

They are very quick with clever little responses from unnamed authors, but never answer the actual questions.

I should say that I didn't ask them to remove negative reviews, before they try to hide under that stone.

In response to me asking challenging questions, this is what this company wrote on my Google reviews page about my business (they had never had any engagement with my business) with no other reason but to harm and mislead the consumer....

I am shocked that any business would put a name to that content and even more shocked that its from a website that claim to be a credible review site themselves.

I quote from allagents.co.uk - "Our objective is to help consumers make a more informed decision on which estate agent or lettings agent they choose".

I have since been threatened with legal action and another fake review has been posted to my google review page with the same words used and similar misspellings... must be a complete coincidence.

You are not able to remove yourself from their database but you can certainly join the many that take legal action against them, make complaints to trading standards and The ASA.


In my humble opinion they are just sad online trolls / bullies that just lift your data without consent and then try to appear credible.

Do you think they have permission from the BBC, Sunday Times, The Observer, Financial Times and Daily Mail to use logos all over allAgnets.co.uk and emails?

Lets see if they stay on the site over the next few weeks. If you visit the site now and they have gone... ask yourself if they are credible or just a few rude old men making themselves feel important that are running a very average, clunky and old fashioned website from a rather dull room in serviced office with £9,602 in the bank according to recent records on Companies House.

Shocking service, go elsewhere for a review site estate agents!

Waiting for over a month for amends to happen...still nothing :(

Reps just want to sell and NOT interested in customer service! After saying on a number of occasions I need the basics doing 1st then I can look at spending money.

TO then get a follow-up email asking if I'm wanting to upgrade! I emailed to check when it's likely our updates will go live, I get this response "We are not prepared to troll through emails"

Let's see if they action my request to close our website page down from their site?

Shame that you don't have an option to put 0*.

Not reliable review company. Use Google instead.

Obviously Fake reviews and a website designed to capture your details so agents can market to you…use google reviews instead

UPDATE: I posted about my very negative experience with this site that takes opinions and posts them with no thought to whether the comments are true. They just absolve any responsibility for it. My main issue though was that they state on their website they will remove reviews more than 5 years old. This makes sense, A lot can happen in 5 years. We had reviews attributed to us that were 7 years old and referred to work done by a company we acquired and by staff that had long since left. Allagents point blank refused to honour the pledge on their website. Accused me of dishonesty. Which is a bit rich when their employee threatened to leave a poor review of my employer if I didn't remove my negative feedback of them. They removed the ancient reviews and I updated my review ....but now it's back. Back to 1 star.

Advice to anyone being named on here by Allagents when you have posted not under your full name - report to TP and your personal info will be removed from Allagent responses.

Our company has been victims of activists with our office and staff being harassed, social media trolls and posting of negative comments in an attempt to disrupt our operation and disparage the company. Their conduct has been reported to the police, our lawyers and Google who have been particularly helpful and assisted us. However allagents have been completely silent; they arent contactable by phone, our emails aren't responded to even though we now stress our intention to lodge a formal complaint. We are trying to disable our account but without success. Any Agent should stay well away. Use Google instead.

Absolutely awful company that makes zero effort to protect their customer's details.

Do Not Waste Your Money or Time

We cancelled a year ago after a pathetic amount of leads, 4 branches and 2 leads in a year, that equates to 1500 per lead, makes Rightmove look cheap and that's never been said ever!

They invoice constantly and ignore your requests to stop.

If the MD would like to call me I would like to do discuss this.

Really poor communication, tried to contact them many times without a reply! So tried there marketing side as no joy anywhere else, I asked to be removed from their site, they then reply and won’t even pass things on to the right person, to respond to me, they tell me only to contact them when I want an upgrade!
When I was upgraded many years ago, got nothing from it. Waste of time.

Following this review - guess what - you now have taken off some of my reviews!! and now refuse to speak with me or email, me. I have asked for your complaints policy three times and you have not sent this to me.

How come you have now taken some of my older reviews off the system of 23 reviews (4-5 stars) and left 9 reviews????
Whats this all about, please put the reviews back on or remove us completely from your site! Yes, we asked you to remove 2 reviews from a couple who were being defamatory towards us after they mislead our company, this is not a spate of negative reviews, they are two reviews from liars.
3/4/21 update, a fake review has now come in from a so called Landlord, we know no ‘Taylor’ or aka Sarah Slater’. Why add this fake review.
Plus, still no reply regarding why you have removed my 23 other reviews.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Fake negative reviews are left for hardworking family businesses which can be proved to be fake. No action is taken by this website even though we can provide irrefutable evidence. that the reviews are fake. If we were to take out some form of subscription though our voice apparently may be heard!

* well this is interesting. The only way you actually reply is here and your comments are incorrect. Why will you not engage with the agents? This is the only contact we have had from your company in over two months. And a ‘spate’ of negative reviews is 3 reviews from the same person who we have never actually had a business relationship with! Three reviews from the same person contravenes your own rules! The calls to your sales team were only made due to the lack of engagement from your company, what else are supposed to, there is no other means of talking to you.

Suggested 3 agents who aren't based in my area, and have no board presence whatsoever, Is this a case of recommendations are based on what the Agents are paying to this "review" site???

A site that if you do not pay them a fee they do not recommend you. In fact the only agents that tend to advertised via this site are ones that are struggling and need a marketing business like this to misinform the selling public. Allagents basically hold you to ransom! Do your own homework first.

The service, advice and support were excellent. Elise was first class and not only understand the issues that needed resolving but set about her tasks speedily and professionally

Critical review of agent doesn't seem to be placed, making the website totally worthless.

Suggested 3 online Agents who are obviously paying All Agents as I have never even heard of 2 of them, let alone seen one of their boards in my area. I want to see the best agents in my area, not who has paid the most money.

Disaster of company, that's all I can say. Tried many times to complement my estate agency for their hard work. I was trying to leave a review and it never went live. I contacted the site moderator and he said to me that because my agency had not paid a subscription with them they did not allow reviews, so weird.

They have created an account for our company on their website without our knowledge and kept on asking us to log in without us ever registering. We asked for the account to be removed as they are not a reputable website. They refused saying that we advertise freely on the internet therefore they can keep any account of our company on their website.

All of a sudden we got two negative reviews with names of customers we never heard of and situations that never happened, when we asked these to be removed as we did not believe they were true they refused to do so and they also refused to verify the persons posting reviews were genuine .
however they sent us 2 emails asking us: Did you google yourself ? and asking us to pay for advertising on their website.

Not only they posted at the same time the fake review on their website but they posted one in Google as well, they were lettings reviews at times we did not even have properties advertised for lettings.

We have never had anyone before trying to blackmail us into paying for advertising.

I can certainly recommend Ann Cordey. They have been helpful, friendly and supportive with the recent sale of my mother's home in Darlington. My sister and I live away at some distance, so needed an engaged and efficient service. They kept us informed with regular updates. One thing that did not work for us was a short period of referral to an Auctioneer service, but we soon recovered from that. Best wishes to them in this difficult time.
