Very disappointing experience with Blue Estate Agent of Heston Hounslow. After four months of repeated assurances that the buyer was proceeding, the sale collapsed just before exchange.
Communication was poor, inconsistent, and lacked transparency. I do not believe I was given a truthful picture of the buyer’s position, resulting in wasted time and potentially lost opportunities with other buyers.
Sales can fall through, but the lack of honesty and realistic updates throughout the process was unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I would advise sellers to avoid this agent at any cost.

I have cancelled my subscription with this company, but they are now saying it wasn't. Poor service Bad company, only out for the money. Made no contact with us for 15 months, then try it bill us. Complete Joke
Forest Estate Agents are in my opinion…
Forest Estate Agents are in my opinion are exceptional in their due diligence in they way they work
The work ethic is phenomenal
My estate agent went above and beyond to help with getting to my completion date which has enabled me to get my new home
They are polite professional curteious and very attentive to achieve the sale of my property even with dealing with not competent solicitors
We cancelled our contract a couple of…
We cancelled our contract a couple of years ago with allagent, however they continued sending invoices in the hope they would get just 'paid' amongst all the others, which could easily happen in a larger organisation. However, this was dealt with by a complaint. Just received another invoice 1 year later for £85. We've now blocked there emails.
Avoid Romans West Drayton at all costs
Avoid Romans West Drayton at all costs. They held my deposit hostage, missed the legal deadline, then waited until 15 minutes before close of business before a bank holiday to invent fake charges. This is a pattern — every time they owe money, they delay and play games. Tenants beware.

I have spent one week trying to get hold of this company. Called - 12 times probably. Emailed 3 times.
Still no response.
Fake reviews
The good reviews on the website are false. I contacted an estate agent listed that had over 3 thousand great reviews but on meeting them they had only sold 325 properties from the start of their business??? Only trust trust pilot or Google, where the same estate agents had a total of 23 reviews with an average of 2 stars....
Ignoring all my emails.
I run an estate agency and have been requesting for months to have our old details removed from their website. I’m trying to give them business following a rebrand but they simply don’t reply.
We received one reply to our first website enquiry but now nothing for months. I’ve sent several emails and absolutely nothing.
Would avoid using this company and sadly, given what others have said, it seems to be a common theme.
Poor site
Tried to get a list of estate agents in my town, used town name then post code, yet kept getting lists of agents up to a hundred of miles away, I know there are agents here and close by. A rubbish site.
Emma is a real asset to Richard James
I have been dealing with Emma Middleton from Richard James, West Swindon for several weeks whilst looking for a property.
She is always very helpful & knowledgeable about properties that might be suitable. Plus she quite often made appointments for me to view at short notice as she was aware that my buyers were starting to become anxious at the time it was taking me to find something I really loved & this she did. I can't recommend Emma highly enough for her knowledge & professionalism - she is a real asset to Richard James.

Terrible Service – Ignoring My Cancellation Requests!
I subscribed to All Agents in May 2024, and since then, my experience has been nothing but frustrating. Even the login details (username & password) they provided me never worked.
After more than a month of waiting, they finally scheduled a setup meeting with me. When the time came, I joined the meeting, but no one from their team showed up! I waited, hoping someone would get back to me—but no response.
I emailed them asking to cancel my subscription, but they refused, claiming I couldn’t cancel. I have since submitted multiple online cancellation requests, yet no one has responded—not to my emails, phone calls, or online requests.
I am paying £72 every month for absolutely nothing, and their customer service is non-existent. I demand that a director contacts me immediately, as I want to cancel my subscription and receive a refund.
Avoid this company at all costs! They take your money and ignore you completely.
Open House Estate Agent Epsom
Terrible Website and Company
This website allows people to leave fake reviews/ mistaken reviews and keeps them up. We called the company and asked them if they could amend this or contact the poster and their response was to pay them a monthly subscription. That is unbelievable and borderline illegal.
Appalling customer service
Having given more than 3 months notice to cancel our subscription with Allagents, they still failed to cancel the account at the end of term and continued to charge us. Despite numerous emails requesting a refund we have not had a single response.
Their customer service is appalling.
Beware of Unauthorized Listings and False Reviews!s an estate agency
As an estate agency, South East Residentials, we recently discovered that AllAgents.co.uk had listed our business on their platform without our consent. To make matters worse, they have allowed several false and misleading reviews to be published, which are from individuals who have never been our clients. Despite numerous attempts to rectify the situation, AllAgents has denied us access to manage our profile or respond to these damaging reviews.
This has caused significant harm to our reputation and affected our ability to attract new clients. We are currently taking legal steps to resolve this issue and are deeply concerned about how such practices can affect the integrity of online reviews for any business.
If you are another estate agent experiencing similar problems with AllAgents.co.uk, we encourage you to contact us. Together, we can take a stand and ensure our businesses are protected from such damaging practices.
Let's battle this together and ensure fairness in how our agencies are represented online. Feel free to reach out to us if you've been affected as well.
Best regards,
South East Residentials
They are justifying a Plymouth Estate…
They are justifying a Plymouth Estate Agent, who has gone into liquidation owing nearly a million pounds and reopened with the same director under the same brand, they have been informed about the situation and are still recommending them to the public. All Agents are not the site to go to for recommendations.

An absolute joke of a company.
An absolute joke of a company.
Would not recommend to anyone. How they are still in business is baffling.
Not sure if the data can be used for fair agent comparisons
I was referred to Allagents by a couple of Landlord advise articles I found on the web. I spend an evening compiling a shortlist of letting agents I might use, but am now questioning the value of the data. Website also very slow and went offline. Some big-name agents in my area have very few reviews or scores against them, whilst a small independent agent has large numbers. How can this be? Also some have small/large numbers of reviews, but the majority of their reviews are many years old. Companies change over time (staff/mgmt changes, resourcing, branch closures, demand change etc), so hundreds of mainly eg 7-year old reviews for some of the agents I shortlisted are almost useless. I'm going to use the data, but will cross-check it with other rating services such as Trustpilot & GoogleMaps.
The principle of Allagents is great, but I don't think it has enough uptake to achieve balance and I couldn't see obvious info on how they check authenticity of reviewer accounts.
