The site is worthless, use Trustpilot or Google reviews as they have more integrity
The information listed about agents is often completely inaccurate and never seems to be updated and the reviews aren't verified. It's meaningless as a comparison site.
Always good
Disappointing service and a lack of integrity
Disappointing company. They don't seem concerned about removing fake or incorrectly allocated complaints and see to use that to hold you over a barrel to pay them for a membership. Very short-sighted business model.
An absolute disgusting company
An absolute disgusting company, Myself and my company which is not a estate agent where named by a known troll in his review in a dispute which i was not party to. - It accused me of criminality and had a serious effect on my mental health and reputation.
This was reported to All agent as soon as i became aware of it. they constantly ignored all requests to contact them.
As a result i had no choice by to contact Trading standards, the information commissioner, the First minister of Scotland and my MP to try to get something done about this bag of lies. - Thankfully for them Facilitating harassment is not an offence under Scottish law.
The information commissioner were keen to assist, I was advised that they are a known offender and are under investigation for their data breaches.
When i finally received a reply the first line of the email was "we are only contacting you because the information commissioner said we had to". Clearly an acceptance that they do not care about their information accuracy and this would explain why they are under investigation. Following this they advised me that the Toll insisted that the lies he typed were true. Clearly more keen to have any review on their website rather than concentrating on integrity. - I'm shocked that they had even told me this as i had passed them all the information they would need to including my Clean DBS Check to prove was i was saying was true but the had little interest in looking.
Following making it clear that I wanted false information about me to be corrected, and reminding them of their obligations under data protection laws which they should be fully aware of due to the apparent nature of their business but clearly had no respect for. I was advised that the false review had been removed but they invited the troll to rewrite it but not name me. - I say apparent as defending clearly fake reviews is not the behaviour of a company which cares about consumers making an informed decision.
I asked for an explanation of why they would want reviews from a known Troll to be on their troll den but they fails to answer.
I recommended they audit all other reviews by this person and on the wider website to improve accuracy and integrity and therefor consumer confidence. I have no response to this recommendation however on reviewing the website myself there are many reviews which i believe are suspicious.
I'm still to receive and explanation of how the moderators failed in their duties and allowed this clearly malicious review through. Some time ago the then owner of this troll den website made a big statement about how good their moderator team was. He was either being dishonest or something has gone seriously wrong since it is unclear which. I would like to know if disciplinary action has been taken against a rogue operator or if its the whole organisation which is corrupt.
I would also like to know why all my attempts at contact were ignored. again still waiting for an answer.
I'm still awaiting a copy of their complaints policy which has been request.
The only good thing about these events is during my research I discovered The Digital Markets Competition and Consumer Bill (DMCC) which as part of its powers when it receives royal assent will compel rogue review operators like all agent to take reasonable steps to check a review is accurate. As this organisation has made its views perfectly clear about its stance on honesty and integrity it wont be long before they are shut down and confined to history. (I have deliberately mentioned this legislation in my review so in the event that this review receives a public response, we can assume they are aware of their future obligations and be head accountable in the appropriate mannor for future negligence by the moderation team)
It will be a shame if there is anyone with integrity in this company on that day but when it happens. however i will be enjoying a glass of Champaign to celebrate their demise.
However until then I would give this company a wide birth.
Giving biased informationNot worth the time or space.
Giving biased information. Unreliable.
be very careful estate agents with your contract
I wrote an earlier review of allagents and was not happy about their end of contract behaviour. But fair play (hence my revised review) to acknowledge that the directors addressed the issues I rasied and am pleased to say that the outstanding issues got resolved in an amicable way, so am happy to award 4 stars for this
Allagent is 5 stars as they allow…
Allagent is 5 stars as they allow people to put HONEST reviews. There are so many landlords that are the victim of SOUTH EAST RESIDENTIALS at 343 Lee High Road, SE12 8RU and this is the only site who HONEST REVIEWS are posted. Thanks Allagents for this!
I have emailed in to this company to…
I have emailed in to this company to remove false reviews. My estate agency is in the top three in the Highlands for selling, out of 100 estate agents approximately. There are two false reviews on their site. I have emailed in three times over last few months to ask All Agents to remove them as well as phoning in. I have also told them that they do not have my permission to list my company there. It is damaging to my business. They can’t be bothered removing them and they are crap.
The last time I emailed in I was told my company would be removed within 10 days if I emailed in. Two months later I’m still waiting. If the reviews were genuine I wouldn’t mind. I don’t want to be associated with All Agents in any shape or form. They are a crap company. The 61 reviews below from other estate agents are an accurate experience of my own dealings with them. They hardly have any good reviews at all. My reviews which have been posted are libellous. My solicitor is now looking in to this matter.
I have now noted All Agents have replied, They can reply to my negative review about them within a day but can’t be bothered removing two false reviews from their website which I have had to email in three times about as well as phoning over a number of months.
Contrary to your reply, I wouldn’t want one of your awards. From your reviews which are over 60 there are hardly any good ones about your company.
Our award is for sales, and is a Gold award for being exceptional in sales in the Best Estate Agency Guide which CAN BE SEEN on their website and places us in the top 5 percent for sales in the UK. We do not have it on our website but if you check the guide you can see it yourselves.
Now that I know you are checking things you can perhaps get one of you staff to remove my company from your website which I have already requested a number of times.
For the record we are also rated as excellent on Trustpilot which is a more credible review platform than yours.

allAgents are a fantastic review site for estate agents.
allAgents provide a great service. I was able to read reviews about a fraudster estate agent "Harrison Clayton"(name at writing this review) of "Assured Estate Agents" (company name when writing). They provide an essential service to the public and I just wish that I had gone on their informative site earlier, before getting involved with the fraudster. However, because of allAgents great service, I can now warn other potential victims about this scammer. A big Thank you to allAgents.

Doesn’t bow to pressure from rogue agents. In an industry where a bad egg can cost you dearly, it’s good to have companies like Allagents who will publish genuine reviews so that the public can make wise and informed choices about which agents to choose.
I’m sorry so many disgruntled agents see fit to trash your ratings, but it’s just proof of exactly the kind of people we don’t want to deal with.
Thank you for not giving in to blackmail
Out of date website
Dead website, all the information is wrong and out of date. Reviews are not verified, better to use google reviews and trustpilot
Waste of time
They give misleading information on their website.
The tools they provide do not work for customers,
complete waste of time.
UNFIT FOR PURPOSE
As per many other reviews on here. This website is not fit for purpose. They allow fake reviews to be left by people who have no connection or dealings with the businesses they review. When you highlight this to them, they are arrogant and refuse to remove any reviews. AllAgents also allow the same person to leave multiple reviews on a business, just slightly changing the wording, so a business can appear to have LOTS of negative reviews when infact its the same person.
Unfortunately, businesses do not have a choice or say if they appear on their website.

Excellent company who allows genuine reviews to be posted so that other victims can join the dots.
I’m glad you don’t give in rogue agents and allow truthful reviews to stand.
Thank you for all your help
This company seems to run for the…
This company seems to run for the benefit of Estate Agents rather than consumers. I submitted a review for bad service from an estate agent but it wasn’t published without any explanation or contact. So I submitted a request to ask why & they haven’t even bothered to reply
RUBBISH
RUBBISH, they claim to let you write reviews on your agent and apparently i cant. What i wanted to put in was a Review of Harcourt White property agents telling prospective tenants that they will not get ANY service from them - I have been waiting since June 2021 to get my bedroom fixed so it doesnt leak water everywhere. The reason landlords use them is because they are cheap and nasty - they are cheap for the landlord and set up to ignore the tenant. However i was not able to post this, no wonder Harcourt White are not registered for Trust pilot.
We have been featured on allAgents for…
We have been featured on allAgents for many years and I’m pleased to say that the majority of our reviews are positive although we do sadly occasionally get a review which is negative. We have never had offered or asked for the option to remove bad reviews which is absolutely correct. We have the right of reply which we exercise for every review good or bad and use the site to highlight to potential customers how happy the majority of our customers are. When we do have to contact allAgents, for instance to add a new staff member they are always pleasant, quick to respond and efficient. The site also encourages our team to provide excellent customer service as our staff know that their actions will be likely to generate a positive or negative review. It seems many of the negative reviews on this website are from agents who expect allAgents to remove all negative reviews which would be grossly unethical. If you don’t want a negative review work harder to keep your clients happy and if you do get a negative review use your right of response. Tim B. WPR with 6 offices in Surrey and Hampshire
Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company. They list other companies without their permission. When you ask that they remove your company they say ok, and then they don't do it. Then they ignore all correspondence regarding it. Over 6 months we have been ignored now.
ONE STAR TOO MANY
AllAgents.co.uk, where to start? the fact that the majority of their reviews on trustpilot are negative, speaks volumes and is a height or irony.
I own a small independent lettings and estate agents. We have not signed up to allagents, but they allowed a disgruntled ex client to create a profile of our company, missrepresenting himself as our employee and then allowed him to leave a damaging review.
we contacted them on multiple occasions and they refused to remove us as a company.
the review is hugely damaging to our small business, we wouldnt care too much if it was true, yet its not.
AllAgents allow fraudulent reviews and are not bothered about the consequences it has on smaller companies.

A review company with a 1.5 star rating…
A review company with a 1.5 star rating on trust pilot is hilarious! How ironic! Anyway my experience was that I posted a review of my former estate agency, giving them 2 stars which wasn't particularly controversial, I just shared my experiences saying I found them rude, they didn't give 24hours notice before viewings and the flat wasn't cleaned as promised prior to moving in and it didn't appear on their website. As we were four sharers my flatmates tried posting too, just in case they were censoring comments, each time saying less and less, till finally my last and fourth flat mate just wrote, personally not a great experience. And guess what no review showed up? We then noticed that our old agency only had 5 star reviews! When we looked at other reviews about other agencies we noticed people said far worse things than us and their reviews were allowed. Which then made us think that if an agency pays them money they can control their reviews hence their free, silver and gold package. Surely that is a conflict of interests isn't it, as its not independent and instead works and charges agencies like in our case where we weren't allowed to post anything remotely negative and below 5 stars otherwise it doesn't get posted! I will stick to Google or trustpilot next time!
