All About Audrey is a vintage and bohemian fashion brand, based in Brighton's North Laine. We have some of the most beautiful bohemian and vintage clothing Brighton has to offer - mostly from the 60s and 70s - and we absolutely love Indian prints. A lot of our boho dresses, tops, and skirts are made using vintage fabrics. Most of our handmade pieces are totally unique! Audrey lived a nomadic lifestyle in her early years, travelling around the world working in clubs and bars, and selling handmade jewellery on tourist beaches. She has always loved to collect beautiful pieces of bohemian clothing and accessories - particularly the original Phool and Adini dresses. Her designs are inspired by 1970s fashion houses such as Thea Porter and Biba. Her obsession with wildflowers and free flowing dresses with big bishop sleeves is shown in her designs - particularly the peasant, prairie and smock dresses.

I've never worn anything so flattering. The clothes are beautiful, but even better is the customer service. I especially want to mention Dom from the customer service team, who went above and beyond to help me when I accidently ordered the wrong size, then again when Evri lost my order. He arranged for it to be repackaged and sent out the same day with Royal Mail, all I had to do was fill out a short form. The clothes are the perfect addition to my wardrobe as the weather gets warmer, I'll definately be shopping here again!

Unusual and stylish
Great selection of clothes - I wanted something for a 70s themed birthday party and I was spoilt for choice. Service from All About Audrey was first class, although Evri kept me waiting for a few days. I chose the Venus mini wrap dress in blue, which with flared jeans will be perfect for the party, but I shall also wear it as a summer evening top.

My favourite clothing retailer
Clothing from Audrey is always top quality and absolutely gorgeous. I've ordered a few things for myself, and there's so much more I want but im trying to be conscious of my wants vs needs! You definitely wont regret buying from AllAboutAudrey, the dresses fit wonderfully (I am plus size), as do the wrap tops.
I have a suede bag from Audrey too which is beautifully lined and of great quality. Its a little on the small side, but it will perfectly hold your keys, phone, purse and a lip balm.
I really value that everything is shipped within a sari bag, however I think a full shift to a no plastic shipping bag would be great (shipped in a plastic bag with sari bag inside).

Received order and an item was missing
Received order and an item was missing. I had to contact them to advise of missing item and they responded that it was the last one and was faulty. However no one advised me I was not getting it and once I reached out it took 3 days for them to respond. They then told me I could choose another item at same cost however because it was on sale there was next to nothing in stock to choose from. Only offered me back half price of the sale item as a refund with no sort of effort to compensate for the poor service. I wont ever shop off this site again and be warned if they make an error it will probably not be fixed to your satisfaction.

However, having looked through all our emails and order history, we can find no correspondence from you prior to this review and neither member of our customer service team have any knowledge of this interaction. We also cannot find an order placed with us under your name.
On the rare occasion that we have an issue with stock levels, we always contact the customer prior to the order shipping to offer either an alternative item, or a refund. We would never send out incomplete orders without prior communication and a resolution being in place regarding a missing item.
If you could please email us at hello@allaboutaudrey.co.uk with your order number as we would like to try to get to the bottom of this. We are a very sorry that you've had a poor experience, but would like to find a resolution.

We're so sorry that you still haven't received your order!
We've checked your tracking and can see that there hasn't been an update since this Monday (09/02/26), when it was at the local depot being prepared for delivery. We will contact the courier company to request further information and send you an email with an update once we have one.
We're very sorry for the courier's delay in delivering. Once they have collected the parcel, they should deliver in 2 to 3 working days and we apologise for them missing this deadline.

Really impressed with my order
Really impressed with my order! It arrived in a reusable tote bag that looked like it'd been upcycled, and included a thank-you card. The Stevie maxi dress looks fantastic. This is my first order, and it won't be my last!

One month and no sign of items
I am based in US and ordered and shipped around January 2nd. Shipper received the item Jan 8th, and there has been no updates since (it's February 3rd). I emailed Jan 21 about the lack of updates and got a response the next day. They basically said to wait. I emailed them again twice, Jan 27 and Feb 1st with no response yet. I bought three items so that was a large chunk of money that I am anxious I got scammed. They said it should take 14 days for shipping and it has been almost a month. Do not recommend online shopping with them. I just want a refund at this point.
