I bought two seating area sets
From alfresco comforts. I was unsure of what I wanted and they found a set that worked in my patio area perfectly!!!. The quality of the furniture is to a really high standards along with great affordable competitive prices and fast delivery service! Will definitely be referring friends and family.

I spent ages trying to find a rising table set and this place had exactly what I was looking for. Ended up buying an egg chair too as it was a bargain.

Delivery was quick and I'm glad I took them up on the offer to put it together as they did a great job.

This a lovely family business who give an A class service. The quality of the furniture is beautiful and looks so expensive and classy. I’ve had so many comments from friends and family who love it. Thank you Alfresco comforts for great customer service and I can’t wait for some warm weather to host some gatherings and to chill with the family.

What a brilliant family business. I mucked up my order and didn't measure properly, I think I was dazzled by the fire pit! The set I ordered was not suitable for the space I have, they were brilliant. They loaded it back on the lorry and took the time to go through their other sets and work out what would work and refunded me the difference and the new (smaller) set was with me within 2 days.

Where do I begin. Firstly, thank you for the trendies service. The communication with this company is A1. Respond promptly to any dialogue. The products were great quality. We opted for the Miami set and the fire out.

They look absolutely amazing.

Purchased a single egg chair from Alfresco Comforts last year and whilst the purchase was hassle free and delivered on time, after just over 12mths the chair is now unusable due to a manufacturer fault. Whilst I understand and accept items can be faulty, my issue with Alfresco Comforts is that their customer service is abysmal. I have tried for 5 weeks sending 3 emails with photo's of the fault with the chair with no acknowledgement . I have made many many phone calls to them and whilst you do get connected, you spend as long as your are prepared to wait listening to music whilst they promise to put through to the next available agent.The longest I endured the music for was 55mins and then gave up. I have now taken to Facebook to try and get a response from them and STILL nothing, no one bothers to acknowledge or tries to resolve my complaint. For a company who allegedly pride themselves on customer service, I have found there simply isn't any.

Got my Miami set and egg chair yesterday and we are so happy to have it. Especially in time for the sunshine we are having at the moment, I cannot fault Kyle with the service he gave us and for creating us a bespoke set up just for us. We received our order within three days as promised and I would definitely order again. Thank you for such a great service alfresco comforts.

Can’t fault Al Fresco Conforts! They were very flexible when choosing my set and even swapped a corner piece with no hassle or bother. Delivery was quick and the set (Miami with firepit) is the envy of all family and friends. Wouid definitely recommend.
Also, need to add that the customer service has been better than most large companies I deal with - emailing back the same day and answering the phone really quickly. Brilliant stuff guys honestly!

All round brilliant service, ordered and delivered Vienna set within 3 days, great guys set it up for us and took all the rubbish away. Really impressed with the quality of the product.

I received my Vienna rising table set today. Very happy with the service provided quick at responding to my emails I would recommend to anyone I know looking for garden furniture. Also the delivery guys were very helpful.
