I contacted Kyle before ordering our furniture to discuss how the product was delivered as we have limited access to our garden. He could not have been more helpful and we agreed the Miami Sofa Set would work for my garden. I ordered the set at a really good price and was able to delay delivery until our newly landscaped garden was ready. I was able to call and book a delivery slot and the set arrived on time and as agreed.
The Miami set comes flat packed so it took a couple of hours to construct. It was well worth it - we are really pleased with the sofas and the fire pit table. Cant wait for some decent weather to enjoy it now. Thanks again to Kyle and his team !!!

What a pleasure it has been dealing with this company! I was interested in the Miami garden set - so contacted Alfresco Comforts to check on delivery times - having just been taken advantage off by another furniture company offering similar sets.
I spoke with Kyle who instantly put my mind at ease - and after hearing what I'd just been through when above and beyond to ensure I had the set delivered as soon as was possible.
I am extremely happy with the whole process and would highly recommend this company.

Honestly what can I say…. Amazing family run company that go above and beyond to give the most amazing customer service! There just is not companies like this around anymore, which is a shame but thank god for them. Personally delivered by them, no third party god knows when and what condition it will arrive in. Just a beautiful experience, literally had the Miami set on my patio within 48 hours of ordering it! Stunning beautiful and comfortable!! We highly highly recommend this company and would only go to them now for all our garden furniture needs, we also have been inundated with positive comments on our furniture by family and friends and recommend the company to them also. Kyle is the most awesome person and we are super super grateful and very happy customers.

Before ordering our garden furniture Kyle was extremely helpful in helping me decide what I wanted. Furniture arrived on time, in tact and we are really pleased. Thoroughly recommend this company, and especially Kyle who gave excellent customer service.

Cannot fault the service of this company one bit. Asked them questions before purchasing and they were very reassuring. Ordered the Miami set but wasn’t happy with the quality. No fault of the company - Maybe just me being too picky or maybe I got unlucky with a defective set. The company were not to know this as the box was completely sealed and they would only have shipped the box as it would have come in from their supplier. But Kyle and the team were really helpful and understanding. They offered to replace the parts that were faulty or offered to come and collect the set and refund. I opted for the collection. The refund was processed the same day the set was collected. I have never come across a company that still does everything to ensure the customer is satisfied. Cannot fault them at all. 5 stars. If I do change my mind, I will come back to them and order the same set again - hopefully, I will have better luck next time. Don’t hesitate to order from them. Excellent customer service.
Miami furniture set with fire pit.
Having been let down by another company for the exact same furniture.
With several delayed deliveries, for myself and several other customers.
I was dubious about ordering online again,
But Claire and Kyle was so helpful, answering all my concerns and putting my mind at rest. Replied straight away to all my emails/telephone calls.
The furniture set wasn’t in stock, by the time I decided to go ahead and order, but he reassured me that this would arrive at his warehouse on the 15th June and be delivered to me on the 19th. He kept in contact with any updates.
The delivery was fulfilled on the date he said it would.
We haven’t put it together yet, so can’t comment on the quality.
But all in all I would recommend using this company.

Kyle and his team are professional and super reliable! Very precise advice on which set to choose for my patio and high quality products with exceptional knowledge on how to maintain them! Thank you so much for your help and kindness!

I order a firepit patio set late on evening and was on my patio two days later, can’t fault this seller, great communication, great quality, great all round.

Top notch. Ordered the fire pit dining set and it turned up a couple of days later. We've started having drinks in the evening with the fire pit on and it feels like we're on holiday!

Love my new garden furniture so much. Very comfy and looks and feels so luxurious. Definitely going to get an egg chair next to go with it. Can’t wait for some lazy summer afternoons.

Absolutely delighted and thrilled with my wonderful rattan dining sofa set , the fire pit is fabulous. From start to finish, everything was so smooth and Claire so helpful. The lovely chaps who delivered my set were so nice and friendly and couldn’t have done enough for us. Highly recommend Alfresco Comforts. Great value for exceptional quality .
