When I attempted to order an Auniva product online, my credit card company immediately stopped payment, nullifying the transaction. After notifying Auniva of the failed purchase, Auniva quickly responded, not once but several times to my concerns about cleaning up the issue. Excellent customer service!

I had apparently been signed up for a subscription service without my knowledge, when that happened I emailed my concern and it was immediately acted on and reimbursed with the appropriate cancellation

I received an email letting me know that my order has been shipped. Problem is I have cancelled my orders previously. But I responded to the email letting customer service of my situation. And I got an email back saying they will be contacting me. Sure enough I have received an email from Sarah letting me know that they have processed my refund and I don’t even have to return the item they already sent. My subscription has been cancelled. Thank you so much for your understanding and quick resolution.

You responded to my request quickly. However, it would be nice to receive a reminder about my recurring order in advance of processing the order in case I need to make adjustments.
Please consider adding this feature.

I mistakenly said I wanted to do automatic refill and I didn't and the company was kind enough to help me return the package and get my money back because as I expressed to them I only live on social security and I couldn't afford to pay that money now so they were very easy to deal with. I appreciate there help

We had a drama with an order that got lost in the mail..From the time i contacted them they coukdnt been more helpful.
They arranged a fresh order at no cost which arrived within 6 working days
