The product and company is a total…

The product and company is a total scam! They keep billing my credit card, won’t respond except through email 8 plus hours later only to tell me if I want to cancel go to a website to cancel except they won’t let me cancel! Says we will give you 25% of or you can pay full price NO OTHER OPTION! Company and product total scam! Customer service is terrible, or should I write no customer service which is exactly what it is! Total scam!

Super customer service from Sarah

Super customer service from Sarah! My package came damaged and missing a bottle! It had a red stamp on it from the postal service that it received it damaged! A couple of pictures sent to Sarah and she ran with it from there! She is super to deal with!

They Keep Their Word

I originally placed an order, and then later found out that I had signed up for a subscription. They were very nice and allowed me to cancel the subscription. I tried their product and was not pleased with it. I requested a refund for the 5 bottles that I had purchased, and they kept their promise and refunded the full price without question. Wonderful customer service

I had an issue about the subscription and they took care of it for me.
They got back to me very quickly. It did not take 24 hours, or next business day.
I would rate them as excellent as customer service goes.
