Blaster itself is bad a** but....
So I love the blaster but after only a day of use my clip is not feeding correctly it's skipping every fourth or fifth round then I gotta shake or tap it... That being said I absolutely love the blaster itself I got the honey badger and it is top notch thanks akgelblaster keep up the good work!

Thanks Michael, despite HB has improved their gearbox over a few batches, but it is still far from “good” . Using the predictive friction gel balls will help as their size is pretty standard and will not over grow. The most recommended change is installing the LDT gearbox, only need to trim away some nylon parts near the mag connector. A more economic change is installing the SLR gearbox but it takes some more work. We offer parts to make the blaster do better at a budget cost around 20% discount to existing customers. Thank you.

It was actually pretty great and the quality of the blaster was pretty amazing. It didn’t take too long for it to arrive and I would definitely buy from here again at some point later on.

The gun is not working properly and the…
My brother recieved the gun on dec. 5th. It wasnt opened til dec. 25th cuz christmas. I didnt hear about it til the 30th. The gun is not working properly as it only fires upside down, the bullets disintegrate in the clip and the instructions were all in i assume chinese. Oh and the battery never charged after it died. Which is according to them my fault for not just knowing the battery isnt supposed to die all the way. Maybe these problems couldve been avoided if the instructions were in english. But to top it off customer service chastised me instead of giving me answers. They made zero attempts to make it right and stopped responding to my emails. And the "owners" garbage response is below this review. What was supposed to be the coolest Christmas gift turned out to b the worst. Dont buy this companies trash.

Hi Justin,
I am the owner of akgelblaster.
You received the gel blaster on 5 Dec. You raised on 30 Dec 2023 that “The gel blaster doesn’t work and only shoots upside down” and with a video included on 31 Dec after our immediate follow up.
From your video, the gel balls are 2-3mm in diameter ONLY, it is by no means it can be shot out from any gel blaster. We replied your message on the same day - 31 Dec.
No news from you until 2 weeks after - 18 Jan, you said when you want to try it out now but the battery won’t charge. We replied you the battery is dead, same as all lipo batteries, if you use up all it’s power and leave it there, and only charge it the time you want to use it. It won’t work.
I have to say,
You try out the blaster after receiving it for over 3 weeks. No problem. But when you said the blaster is broken, we advised you the user error but you don’t try it out until more than 2 weeks later. And come back that the battery doesn’t work now and you cannot try it out?!
From 5 Dec to 18 Jan, it’s 43 days, during this period, have you ever Google to resolve any issues. The blaster you got is a good one, so as our team. But everything will become a trash to you if you don’t hold the responsibility to take care of it and learn it.

Customer service was fantastic
Customer service was fantastic! I had a few problems with my order but they made it right and delivered a great gel blaster!
If you are on the fence, send them an email before you order, and ask which models they stock in their US warehouse, it still took a couple weeks to ship(mostly due to it being busy holiday season), but overall was way shorter than getting it shipped from overseas.
