Great product and a lot of fun. Quick shipping.

Delivered in a reasonable amount of time, considering it was shipped internationally from HK to the US. All items were as described on the website and nothing was damaged in transit.

I had an issue with an order. And they were able to expedite it quickly for me and get a replacement to me as fast as they could. I didn't have to wait for days for a reply either and that's rare these days

Let’s start off with the ordering and shipping. As soon as I ordered the gel blaster, it stated delivery was 3-5 days and exactly 5 days I got the gel blaster in the mail. The box it came with was a great touch for the product. No issues found at all. As soon as I got the battery charged, the gel blaster was a ton of fun. Looks and feels like the real thing. Electric blowback gives a great feel to the gel blaster. Been using it for CQB practices and shooting practice. The gel balls bought at Walmart or target do not work with this product, definitely have to use the 220+ FPS gel balls and it works really great. I am very satisfied with this product.

Evrything has gone smoothly in my experience, no real complaints. A bigger selection of accessories and upgrade parts would be really nice, some pay later options would be great too, and better descriptions on your products also. But I'm satisfied so far

I was having firing issues with my blaster so I sent an email to their support team. They responded quickly had me send a 30 second video demonstrating the issue I was having. They determined I had a faulty magazine and sent me a new one free of charge. I’m new to gelblasters and originally tried to order from Amazon, but they refused shipment to anywhere in New York Sate because they are banned in NewYork City. I live 4 hours from NYC so this is ridiculous policy. Not knowing much, I decided Ak gelblasters looked to be the most legitimate dealer and am very happy with my choice. I will buy my future gel blasters from them them.

Great company always willing to work with you when a problem arises.

Item did not come in original packaging. Someone dissembled item and didn't put it back together correctly. Parts were missing and not realized until started to use with friends. Had to search around web and hardware stores for missing parts.
Item delivered 14 days from day it was ordered.
