A very capable and clear handler
A very capable and clear handler. Also the line was crystal clear ( some institutions should note this). My various enquiries ranged from specifics on the particular fund to be transfered, an update on a fund transfer that had gone wrong (purely my fault) and advice on how to process on line.
Excellent service and done with consideration and clarity. Great service from this young man.

Excellent company
Excellent company, they respond quickly to questions via email or phone and process financial requests quickly. The only problem I had was that they impose a 2mbyte limit on email attachments. This is too small, as most photos now breach this limit and it is a pain to reduce photo sizes.

Paper forms let down AJ Bell online platform.
I have a SIPP with AJ Bell. On the whole they have been ok. I gave only 2 stars because they sent me a paper form, not digital, to make an administrative change. I completed and returned the form but they seemed to have not read or understand my intentions. The administrative change has been made but, in an email they stated I wished to continue taking a regular income from the SIPP. On the form I stated I did not want to take any income. I ticked the box on that option. Did thry read the form or not? Was it an automated email that ignored which choices I selected? I’ve no idea.
