The esims sometimes may fail but the support service is really good

Good prompt customer service fixed issue

The process of delivering the second of 2 eSIMs purchased failed (no SMS arrived from the underlying carrier for the second SIM). I sent an email to AirHub Support and received a very prompt response, from which I infer they have 24 hour global support.
The problem was very quickly sorted out for me by Kumar MV on the first interaction (thank you), so good customer service. One star off for the process failing, but excellent customer service turned this from a 1 star to a 4 star review.

My first choice during travel

Most affordable option I could find. This is my first choice when I travel, and I have never had issues.

I just wish there was clearer information. I often have to contact support to confirm basic details. For example, it is not clear when the SIM card is activated, and the purchase confirmation does not clearly show what was bought.

That said, support Christina Jacob MV is always responsive and helps with these questions.

I use Airhub eSIM every time I travel

I use Airhub eSIM every time I travel. They always offer several convenient options for the destinations I visit. This year, I visited Seoul, South Korea. I purchased a 7GB eSIM but it stopped working after I used up about 5GB. I contacted support who unfortunately informed me that my eSIM was experiencing some technical issues on the network side (not on my end) that they couldn’t fix. They refunded me for the unused portion of the data. I purchased a new eSIM which worked without any problems. These things can happen and thanks to their support I didn’t have to wait long or wonder if my eSIM would start working. Thanks Christina S.

Easy to purchase and setup, custom support was very helpful

Scam

Scam. Stay away from them. You will pay money but no data you will get. Showing its connected but no data. Sent them email they replied and asked me to connect via Vodafone. But no Vodafone co. in Turkey. Safe your money and time.

The support is very good but I'm not satisfied with quality service

The support is very good, fast answers but I had already two problems with Airhub e-sims. The first one was that the e-sim did not activated and they sent me a new one. The second problem e-sim stoped working after 6 days of use, again the support solved the problem very fast but if I don't have internet on another phone it's impossible to have support. It's something that needs to improve.

Easy installation and good customer support

My wife purchased an eSIM before we left Northern California, and the entire process was seamless. The eSIM was activated when we landed in Vancouver, and it worked perfectly. We purchased an eSIM for my phone when we arrived in Canada, and we had issues with the QR code. I was in touch with Kumar by email, and I was really pleased with how seriously my concerns were taken. Ultimately, I received a new QR code, and the process took a matter of seconds to install the eSIM and activate it. Many thanks to Kumar for the assistance and kindness!
