Great Customer Service!
I would like to commend Loky and Kumar for their excellent Customer Service Assistance. I have purchased a 100gb e-sim and successfully installed it on my phone. Unfortunately i thought that the e-sim was not working properly and decided to delete and reinstall it. Sadly i was not able to connect to it anymore and can no longer use it. I sent a ticket asking for assistance on what to do with my case and Loky assisted me very well. Keep up the good customer assistance Loky. You deserve to be rewarded!

Unreliable service – works until it doesn't
I purchased eSIMs from Airhub for Japan twice because the pricing was very competitive. However, both times the connection stopped working completely long before I had used up my data allowance, leaving me stranded without internet. I also experienced frequent phases where the signal would drop entirely. To make matters worse, manually switching to other available networks (as advertised) rarely worked. Given these reliability issues, I cannot recommend this service for travelers who depend on a steady connection.

At first, I received a dummy QR code, which was quite frustrating. However, I contacted customer service via WhatsApp, and they resolved the issue in less than half an hour. It was reassuring to interact with a real person on the other side—courteous, professional, and attentive in asking for the necessary additional information.
