Glad we did it
It was all done over the phone, which I did find a little worrying at first when giving out bank details, but the very knowledgable advisor did put our worries at rest during the consultation.
I feel very happy that it is done now.

I can honestly say that it was one of the easiest and friendliest phonecalls..... There was no hard questions, there was no complicated legal jargon, and the proof email was sent within a couple of days.
