Super helpful

I spoke to Charlotte Martin on the phone and she was fantastic. It is my first time using insurance and needed things explaining a little more thoroughly for peace of mind as my cat was in emergency surgery. She helped me merge my insurance policies and even gave me a multi pet discount

Overall was super helpful and would recommend

The service I have had so far has been excellent. The free 24 hour video call service via the app was incredibly helpful as was the lovely lady who I just spoke to on the phone.
