I am missing parts
I am missing parts. When logged int to my account, it says 'submit a request' but this does not allow me to submit and i can not get support. the information is repeated? The website says to log in and submit a request, information not clear. I have followed your link. I hope you send parts soon.

I am on first shipment going at this time
I am on first shipment at this time. All parts are fitting well Stage 4 air horn has been only part missing It is very small so easy to be lost or such. I do place parts on flat surface and make sure all parts are present as I open the plastic bags. I suggest all should account for as stages begin. Open on a flat surface and account for each part. I use a white table so that parts are easy to see. I will ask about missing parts later in build unless it is something that stalls build. Air horn is not a project stopoer

Optimus Prime and Customer Service
My son and I are building Optimus Prime. A part had broke in pack 1. I reached out to customer service and they were very prompt in replying and offer to send out a replacement part. Great service!

Possible to add Orca Collector's Edition?
I've signed up for the Orca build and I'm greatly looking forward to my first parts shipment in January. Is it possible to add the Collector's Edition extras for the Orca at a later date? I didn't want to commit right off the bat, but now I'm wishing I had just added the CE when I signed up.

A little early?
A little early for a thorough review? This is a pre order for the Orca boat from Jaws. Agora has done their normal great job on the advertising, ordering and explanation of the process. I have no further review of the model as I won’t be receiving the first stage until next year I believe. I like Agora and appreciate the effort they put into their business, especially compared to other similar companies.

Fantastic model with terrific detail. The instruction for the build are superb, albeit t I had to to this online. No instruction with the kit.
The reason I have given this four star, is the fact that there are no carpets supplied, making a superb model look rather cheap.
Is this a mistake from Angora, or have I missed something?

Agora Models are Super Nice!
My first model was the 1963 Corvette. The engineering that went it is amazing. Every single part fit perfectly and the fit and finish is top notch. The finished Corvette model looks just like the real car in photographs. I started building models as a little kid and I have put some nice ones together including a Pocher Alfa Romeo 2300C many years ago. But an Agora model is in a completely different category. The Corvette I built is museum quality!
I am really looking forward to starting the Ferrari 250 GTO model which arrived at my house today. It was perfectly packed as was the Corvette and both of my display cases.
Keep up the good work Agora. The models are just amazing and a great value for the price.
