Bad sizing change
I usto really love afibel clothing especially there tops, but since they have changed there sizing nothing fits right, was a 16 to 18 fit perfect now it's 14 to 16 not big enough or 18 to 20 too big. Think it's time to look elswear.

What went wrong you sent it to the wrong address now I paid £ 9.92 to send it back to you as the next date for a returns pick up was going to be 12 th June the parcel was delivered on Thursday last week. Hopefully when you received the package you will redirect it to the correct delivery address. The delivery address on the invoice was correct but the parcel was sent to the billing address. Which is definitely a mistake by you as the delivery people would not have had details of my

I am delighted with the nightdresses
I am delighted with the nightdresses I received recently. They are of good quality and with a cute teddy-bear pattern. What I am not so happy about is Afibel's choice of EVRI as their chosen carrier. This company has consistently come bottom of customer satisfaction surveys and the reason is clear - in this instance, after Afibel emailed me to say the goods were shipped, EVRI came up with "we are expecting it" for six whole days! We and Afibel assumed that the package was lost and Afibel were preparing to refund ... not good enough - therefore I have given only 4 stars!!

Absolutely disgusted with this company
Absolutely disgusted with this company, I was offered a free air fryer with my order in March, when my order arrived there was no air fryer, I telephoned the company (12p per minute!) and was told that it would arrive in April, when it didn't arrive in April I was told that I had to place another order to recieve it, which I did and still no air fryer came, instead I got a mosquito trap?! and a letter to say that the airfryer would not be coming back into stock!!
