We have been using Affordable Leaflets for quite some time now as part of the Royal Mail door to door service. The leaflets have been of good quality. However, we had a period where we had found leaflets not be delivered on a number of occasions. The final straw came when leaflets were to be delivered just before a crucial period in the local area, and we found next to no leaflets at all had been delivered. After process of elimination with royal mail claiming not to have the correct amount and Gavin providing evidence that they did print the correct amount, offered to print a new batch for free at no charge. They had been promptly delivered to our address. The fact that Gavin has proven that he can print leaflets and get them delivered on time shows that Royal Mail had not been delivering our leaflets correctly. He also gave advice on better options for local delivery other than Royal Mail.

**Affordable Leaflets? Or just *Don’t Give a Damn***

First red flag: their website is infected, meaning payment could put your card details at risk. I raised this with Gavin, but he brushed it off and suggested doing things manually.

At first, communication seemed positive. I edited my PDF, sent him more work, and he promised to call once he had the files. Four days later — nothing. Even after a follow-up email, there was no reply.

Eventually, Gavin did get back in touch… but then the same thing happened again. Twice now I’ve been left waiting, with no explanation or courtesy message to say he couldn’t do the job.

Mistakes and delays happen, but basic communication goes a long way. Sadly, that’s where this company falls flat.

Really helpful staff, great price and the leaflets are excellent quality.
