Best pillows for bad sleepers

I bought my pillows in November , I dithered about 6 months considering mainly because they are expensive , but I can honestly say they are worth every penny and some , I used to survive in 3 or 4 hours of broken sleep , but now I don’t wake during the night , zero neck pain in the morning , wake refreshed .

Bit disappointed

I ordered a dual pillow in January and it did take quite a few weeks to arrive but the customer care was excellent - kept me up to date or offered a refund.
Pillow finally arrived and I was delighted with it at first but unfortunately have had to stop using it as instead of helping avoid a sore neck or shoulder, since I have started using it, I have suffered from both.
Not saying the pillow caused it as it may be coincidental but have had to go back to my tempura pillow which is helping.
Really disappointed as the pillow feels really comfortable but no use to me. Have given it to my husband who likes it so far!

Satisfactory Conclusion ept upto date

Kept upto date, & when the pillow was taking a long time to be delivered, they answered my concerns quickly.
This duel pillow is extremely soft, not at all as firm a pillow as I need.
Contacted Aeyla, & they were understanding, in the end we reached a satisfactory conclusion to the problem, that we were both happy with.
If you Like your pillows very soft then this is for you.

First impressions excellent

Yes, I had to wait almost three weeks but I was warned about the long wait when I ordered. It arrived yesterday. It seems very well made and of good quality. Last night was a good test for it. Mondays are choir rehearsal nights. I usually arrive home just before ten and always struggle to get off to sleep as I feel a bit hyped. Last night was very different. My head hit the pillow and it felt so comfortable and I went straight off to sleep. I had an excellent night's sleep and woke this morning without the usual neck discomfort. Time will tell of course, but my first impression is extremely favourable. I will post another review in a few weeks. But, I am looking forward to going to bed tonight.

Great pillows, but delays were dreadful.

I do not, in any way at all, appreciate the company accepting payment for an item which had not even been manufactured at that time!
Receiving emails informing that delivery would be much, much later than stated at the point of order was not appreciated either.
However, I have now received my pillows, albeit unacceptably late, and they're wonderful.
This company could have a great future, but it won't happen if they don't improve their customer service!
Would I purchase more Aeyla Dual Pillows? Yes.
Would I purchase from their own website, knowing how bad their customer service is? No, not a chance!!!

honestly the most disgusting pillow…

honestly the most disgusting pillow i've ever endured. took three weeks to arrive with multiple emails stating the order has been pushed back for some reason or another. once they finally arrived and were given time + a good shake to puff up, they're so soft i can feel my fingers through them (so much for that firm inside part?) and the outer fabric of the pillow itself is so cheap and horrible that it crinkles with every movement, turn, breath!!! for the amount they charge i'd expect the best sleep of my life. these are probably great if you're a great mass of gelatine with no bones or concept of time, otherwise avoid avoid avoid.

My thoughts!

I bought one of these pillows from you abut 6 months ago, and am very pleased with it so I thought I would buy my daughter one for her birthday as she has a problem sleeping! But today I found the ordering on line a bit confusing! But due to your quick reply I am very satisfied.

Caused me a lot of pain…

This pillow resulted in my spending over £1500 on chiropractic help for headaches, shoulder and lower back pain, I wish I had realised it was to blame earlier, it is too high and hard, within a week of throwing it out my neck pain and headaches disappeared.

Excellent Customer Care and Fantastic Pillows!

Fantastic pillows! I bought the Dual Pillows and they are amazing for my neck. I definitely recommend them, they’ve made such a positive difference to my neck and shoulder pains.
The Customer Care Team contact is prompt and efficient, very helpful, and resolved my issue without any problem at all.
I waited 3 weeks for delivery but it was worth the wait!
Really good experience and fantastic quality product.

No more neck pain since using this pillow

Yes I had to wait a while for my pillow to arrive and yes it was expensive, so much so that I could only afford one but I also wanted to see if it helped my bad neck.
I can only say that I have had no neck pain since using this pillow which has been bad since having two car accidents when I received very bad whiplash.
It seems like it’s the perfect depth for my neck/body and being a side sleeper. My osteopath has noticed a difference in my neck without me saying anything.

I placed an order back in February 2026 and still have not received the pillows or any kind of communication from the company. I tried to track my order via their "Shop" site but couldn't find any details on this site. Truth buy one

I was recommended an Aeyla pillow as I suffer from neck pain every morning I wake up. My friend asked me to look at the reviews before I bought one. So after reading the reviews I bought one.

Well what can I say! First night I used it, I thought if was extremely comfy and when I woke up my neck pain was almost gone, for the first time in years.

I would highly recommend this pillow if you suffer from neck pain.
