Fantastic service!

Their price is realistic and covers a lot of planning and drawing services as well. I recently purchased a bungalow and had all recommended builders, tillers, joiners, interior designers, plumbing and heating fitters to come and handle the conversion from the bungalow into a luxury home. They turned the project around in only two months and helped me make a good profit. Building contractors from Advanced are good for any council, letting agent, commercial property owner because they help and advise them on various construction issues. They also provide you with building written reports as well. I have given their details to most of my family and mates. They have comment highly of them.

I was looking for someone to fix the electric underfloor heating as my usual very good electricians don't deal with that. Advanced etc. were very efficient at booking and taking my money but the engineer was sadly useless. Have asked my electricians again who confirmed he got it wrong and finally referred me to a good specialist. Would not use again.

Just to say million thanks to you guys for getting my warm air unit repaired very quickly when other 5 companies couldn’t sort it. What you did is upgrading the electronics carefully fitting an upgraded contactor. The problem was it was never blowing . Kept burner coming on no fan. It was in the end a PCB that was not allowing power to the fans you fixed it by fitting a new one. This is what I've learnt from you so I will 100% keep coming back to you again if I ever need help with anything else. Cheers

I can't thank you enough got for bringing my diesel oil boiler back to live again so quickly I had their "very competent" engineer fitted a new injector and pump.No more smoke, all went well. It was smoking because of incomplete combustion.The pressure was not enough from the pump to compress the fuel to action.And the injector was blocked. I was so worried about this as I have young children but when Advanced Heating were here they identified the problems so quickly and dealt with issues calmly so it helped me a lot. They'd explained everything from the very beginning to the end. I don't know what I would have done without Advanced Heating as I had had other 6 companies who had came out to try to fix my boiler but they couldn't get it going at all. Thanks you guys for saving me and my children from further headaches and stress.

I have been Advanced Heating’s customer for more than 8 years. I am always more than delighted with their services. Their office staffs are helpful and polite it’s so nice to talk to the team. Their Technical guys are very experienced and knowledgeable and every time I have issues they always sort them out quickly. I requested them to do many different aspects of job around my house, my rented properties and even my mother's house. They installed a new under floor central heating for my mother. they designed the system to suit her needs. They sorted out hidden water leak in her basement area, etc. My mother is now over the moon with the new under floor heating she has now. She never liked the old system that was in the house as she is now 85 yrs old she feels the cold more easily so the underfloor heating works so well for her. They sorted out a lot of serious that I had in my properties. I am impressed way they treat the customers. Especially, during the time they were doing the jobs for my mother she told me they helped comfort her with a lot of things that’s why mother feels really comfortable with them. She ended up saying she will never use any other companies but Advanced Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd only. As a long term customer myself I know their rules I know how they work and they are always honest with everything. I even let them keep a copy of my own houses keys as I’m away on business trips a lot. I did this as I know I can always count on them!

Would never use again- extorniate call out charge and problem not solved

They charged me in advance over the phone from my credit card for one hour to give estimate. .total £132

The man came and did nothing but take a few pics of my property and promptly emailed me saying he wanted a further £300 for his time....for WHAT. ..HE ALREADY HAD 132 FOR COMING AND FOUND NOTHING ..JUST TO GIVE A QUOTE OF THOUSANDS.

I TOLD THEM I WILL NOT PAY ANOTHER 300 AS I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THEIR QUOTE...

THEY STILL TOOK THE MONEY OFF MY CARD SNEAKILY WITHOUT ME KNOWING...NOW I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF FOR £432 FOR JUST A QUOTE AND NO WORK WHAT'S EVER

I AM REPORTING THEM FOR THEFT AND FRAUD TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

Used the recommended plumber from Thameswater website to come and see the leak with our bath tap which was causing the pipes to make squealing and banging noises. A gas engineer was sent to provide plumbing service, charged £110 + VAT per hour charged to a credit card. The visit was pointless as he then needed to talk to the boss so no fix per the visit. We requested a quote for the required job but he needed to talk to his boss and the manufacturer of our bathroom taps/shower unit. We did not promise the job without a quote. Then things got crazy, the boss sent several texts, calls and advised he had bought the part (£400) that would be repaired without seeing the issue and requesting we pay another £110 + VAT for another visit. We requested a refund for the first visit but none was offered. As no quote was provided we did not book them, but the boss told us we owed him for the part purchased and then sent more messages harassing us to take him on the job. Texts only stopped when we told him we'd report him to the police. People like this are taking advantage of people who know nothing about plumbing and in this case, two women. DO NOT USE THEM! They should be reported to Rogue Traders!

'Engineer' visited 40 minutes to fix our 'wet' underfloor heating as it won't heat up. I explained what I thought was the problem and told him that we'd read the instruction manual and identified that we thought was the problem..that the thermostat control was not connected to the receiver. He agreed and we proceeded to find the receiver. He read the same manual as I did (on my computer) and failed to make the connection (as we had) and decided that the receiver 'is broken'. He offered to come back when we obtained a new one for another 185 pounds plus VAT!! Nothing else was investigated and he left! How do we know it is broken and that is the problem? 185 pounds plus VAT for something we already did!!!! Don't waste your money - BEWARE.

Your plumber was very quick to identify the problem with the leak I had in my bathroom it really kept leaking down to my neighbour on the ground floor and they were trying to sue me for the damages. I couldn’t believe he managed to fix led pipe which is one of then most difficult things ever! I had 5 plumbers trying to fit it but they just made completely messes.I believe what you said to me on the phone before you attended that “ your price reflects in experience and knowledge you have” and I will not await to use any one but only your firm. Thank you very much for the efficient service. You really are my life saver, this problem with me and my neighbour could get really messy if I never had you!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are ripping off customers. They charge obscene amounts of money for small jobs. They take unauthorised money from your bank account. These people should be on Rogue Traders. They are con artists. READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS, THEY ARE DOING THIS CONSTANTLY AND GETTING AWAY WITH IT.

I contacted this company to sort a heating problem out in a tenanted property my son owns, I was told that they charge £110 per hour plus VAT, what I wasn't told is that they also charge another £110 plus vat to collect the part needed, they also send engineers late and charged me the night time cost of £165 per hour plus VAT when I purposely told them not to, to make matter worse they took unauthorised money from my account totalling over £1200, as far as I can see I have been overcharged by over £400, I could work the total cost out if they would produce the paperwork.

JUST DONT USE THEM< SCAMMERS AT THEIR WORSE< THEY SHOULD BE ON ROUGE TRADERS

You have been recommended by my friend who has used you before, Matthew. He said you were very good and installed his new Valliant boiler and it works so well. Hot water and heating works much better than before. Then I just thought I would try your service, I called you up to fit new gas fire and you’ve done very good job you left my place tidy and you were very careful with gas regulations. I don’t know how you remember all these. Next time if I have more work to get done I will call you again! I love my new fire!

I was stupid enough to have these guys come and inspect my business for some certification in relation to fire safety.

I should have known they were dodgy when they asked to come and visit the shop at 9pm.

An "engineer" inspected the business premises, he could barely speak English and had absolutely no idea what he was doing. He failed to answer any of my questions in regards to the different regulations and the criteria required to meet them.

A few days later instead of providing me with a proper report, they sent me an email with a few sentences. See below:

1. The Extractor Fan is OK but not the required strength.

2. The canopy is not the correct size, so he would not be happy to issue a certificate on what is installed.

3. When the Restaurant is busy you will experience some smoke hanging around.

Make sure you are aware before you book - that these people charge a rate that is in excess of 200% of competitors rates…look elsewhere.
