You conned my mother out of £1500.00 for a very minor job on her boiler. She doesn't have much money.

When I complained I had the most rude response.

It's clear that most had had dire service and it is also obvious that the 5 star reviews are written in the same style, as has been previously mentioned.

Honestly I could not have imagined a worst service. Wasted a week and over 300£ to not fix the problem with my freezer. They charged me to replace the gas in the freezer but either they lied or they didn't know what they were doing, since the freezer wasn't working and I later discovered that was the problem when I brought it to a proper technician. They tried to charge me over a 1000£ to replace a component which was working fine. Thankfully I didn't listen to them, but wished I hadn't called them in the first place. It would have saved me a lot of stress and problems. Use at your own risk and peril, they are either incompetent or dishonest!

Paid £222.00 to get a freezer gassed when he arrives he forgot the gas we advised and said he will need £400.00 upfront further to what we paid so he can go get the gas and when we said we can’t afford it he told my wife like it or lump it. He’s so rude, would not refund us £222.00 as he done nothing at all when he arrived. He started saying cut the vat for cash call it £350 cash and he will do it, FRAUD in every way shape and form. Avoid!!!

This man is to be avoided. He clearly stole from me and couldn’t repair my equipment then charged me 185. Weirdly he asked me to go for a chinese with him. I think the man is not well. Best to stay away.

The engineer was incompetent to deal with solaredge PV system, did not find a fault, did not conduct a proper diagnostic and made misleading conclusions. In addition he was just playing for time and ended with a high bill. I agree with previous reviews: it was fraudulent behaviour.

You have been warned. Very aggressive and rude! He uses big scaremongering words to make the job bigger and half of what he says is hot air anyway. If you challenge what he says, he becomes aggressive and abusive to his own customer !! I couldn’t understand his attitude.

Extortionate call out charge, and as if this wasn’t bad enough, he added £15 toll and parking charge even though the property had free parking space and wasn’t in the congestion charge zone.

What a rip off. I wish I had read the other customers reviews which all warned against him. Only family and friends recommended him, but all the real customers like me warned against him.
I felt sorry for the young apprentice he was dragging along with him. What exactly is he teaching this young man? How to be a fraud ?
I wasted £150 down the drain and he did nothing. The problem wasn’t solved.

Avoid fraudulent and aggressive company! Double check invoice as mine was added up incorrectly and I was charged a lot more. When contacted to resolve Tony became unnecessarily very aggressive. He lacks people skills and is rude. He’s a very unpleasant man and I wish I got another company to do the work. They charged approx. £500 to fix boiler but caused more damage to it causing it to break only 3 weeks later! Very unprofessional and appalling customer service! Nothing positive to say about this company and would avoid if you don’t want more damage caused to your heating or electrics.

I contacted Advanced heating and plumbing in the hope of servicing the restaurant cookers, and three weeks on, half of the wok cookers will not ignite. I was charged over £500 for a two hour job and the first hour was spent, almost wasting time so that another hour of service could be billed, and still there is a fault. Upon contacting the office and the technical engineer himself, I have been passed back and forth, with this "family business" refusing to take responsibility for the repair. The technical engineer said he had no computers or digital tools, whilst the office claim that all the emails were sent between myself and the engineer, such that it was him who had to deal with it. I was by the office lady that, like a car that had been recently serviced, faults could happen, and that a return visit to rectify this issue would incur further costs. Not sure what kind of servicing, if done thoroughly would have faults this soon. Extremely unscrupulous practice, extortionate and definitely would advise against using this company if possible. Use checkatrade to avoid being ripped off as I will from now on.

DO NOT USE - awful company. They just outsource the job to any plumber or technician they can find. There is zero accountability and they will demand money up front. If you are not satisfied with the work - which is highly likely- they immediately send threatening letters and you will be contacted by a debt collectors. Disgraceful business practice and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Excellent. A local friendly guy arrived same day (within 2 hours of calling). I had already been made aware beforehand of pricing. Was done fixing a pin hole in an awkward central heating pipe in ten minutes, radiators bled and all done within half an hour, so only paid the hourly charge. Couldn't have had a better experience of calling a plumbing company in an emergency.

This company are fraudulent. They were called out to assess a problem with underfloor heating. They misdiagnosed the problem, quoted an extortionate amount to fix it and demanded that half was paid as a deposit. The engineer returned and said it was a different issue that could be fixed quickly and inexpensively, however the company had already taken the deposit and then refused to refund what was paid despite misdiagnosing what the problem was. They stole £800 from us when we really should have paid closer to £150 for labour and to change a small part in the boiler - which didn't fix the problem anyway! They never even paid their own contractor, they sent threatening text messages to our residents and could never produce even one professional report. If you do not want to be ripped off and have your money stolen then do not use this company.

We also believe that the below 5 star reviews seem very fake and are suspiciously all written in the same style.

I felt so relived when I knew the entire nightmare’s over. It is a lot harder for me to deal with the problems when I’m in overseas. One day my tenant phoned me up telling me about all radiators, heating problem in the house. I was as worried about then as they couldn’t get any heat working at all. Then I just emailed you luckily your staff were unbelievably helpful so you contacted my tenant for me and also phoned me back and she just sent the heating engineer in matter of hours. I knew there were a lot of things going wrong in my heating system so Advanced Heating Services came out and pointed out why we always had this problem and explained everything to us. They were honest to me and my tenant guided us the right direction to the root of the problems then I had authorized them to do power flush and fix the whole system after that all the problems are gone away.

It’s just good to know at least there’s a reliable heating company in London who we can trust and do business with also competent. Thanks for dealing with all these when I’m far away. I’ll never forget about you.
