The engineer came on time,he explained all about infection control,very professional,tidy and done a good job I was very impressed.

I called on Saturday, engineer called on Tuesday, fixed the problem straight away. Very professional.

I have an old back boiler and open vented heating system which is a bit complicated and near the end of its life. The engineer (Andrew) who came was very knowledgeable and experienced and fixed the problems, he is also very nice to deal with. I'd request him if you can.

Very quick and efficient service . We were attended to on the same day for an issue with our electric shower which was fixed within the hour. Friendly and professional !

Absolutely fantastic service. I needed a specialist engineer to carry out a service and to do a landlords certification on a warm air heating system. Advanced heating & plumbing were able to send me a charming engineer the same day, who got the job done quickly and tidily. The price was reasonable and someone called me later to check that I was happy with the work.

Needed a LPG conversion from natural gas on my cooker and oven and was looking desperately for reliable & reasonable company who could get the job done same day. Very happy with the service and the job they have done. I totally appreciate last minute charges but that was expected anyway. Will be using their services again

Andy was very professional and friendly. 2 shower enclosures re-sealed - great job done. Andy was very mindful of social distancing, arrived with gloves and mask on and sprayed disinfectant on all areas he touched. I'm definitely using him again.

I was thankful to find a gas engineer to come out to service my cooker, as all previous efforts never brought someone to my door, probably too small a job, I guess. I am happy with the work done, 1st a service and then parts ordered for damage to the wiring by mice we share the coutryside with.. Repair went to plan, place was left clean and tidy. I just felt it was a bit pricey, but maybe my expectations are outdated.

Late at night discovered fridge/Freezer not working which in these times of isolation and stress was not ideal.Found Advance plumbing on line and noted the 24 Hour call out so left a message.Promptly they contacted me and offered to attend there and then if needed but the next day was earlier enough for me.Excellent communication all through the call out,Engineer called and office called so at every stage we felt assured.The Engineer was very experienced and within Minutes had found the fault and had the replacement part a Thermostat in his van.When I had the conversation about personal protection due to covid 19 I was assured of good practice and indeed this was the case the Engineer was very well protected ,Mask Gloves and adhered to social distancing as did we so the whole Job was done efficiently and no mess plus a pleasant conversation to boot so yes I would recommend this company👍🏻Considering most companies are shut this company went the extra mile.You get what you pay for and although the call out seemed expensive it was reasonable for this time of uncertainty .Thankyo also for the follow up call Andrew.Stay safe .

Andrew came to flat in Paddington and fixed underfloor heating. He did what he said he would. Replaced 3 thermostats and charged one hour labour even though he was there for one hour 30 mins. Very knowledgeable and experienced guy. Also spoke on phone before for half hour and exchanged emails and WhatsApp messages to diagnose the problem and talk through the options etc

Absolutely amazing!! There customer service and how they make sure the jobs get done is amazing. I've been referring them to my friends and family ever since. If I could I would give more then 5 stars. Thank you advanced

Engineer who came out to our commercial plant was like a genius. He had in depth knowledge about the equipment. I can now see why company charges premium rates. I recommend to the commercial sector.
