Excellent response to my enquiry and the works were completed at short notice. Good quality workmanship and a very professional company. They are expensive but finding good LPG engineers is difficult and you get what you pay for. I would recommend them to others.

Andrew was thorough , logical and methodical when resolving the leak that the water board said we had on the property. Very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything as he investigated. The office were very prompt and professional when arranging the appointment. I will definitely recommend and would use this company again.

This company is the best company I have ever dealt with in this space. Andrew was fantastic and understood everything brilliantly. I needed a wet UFH system connected properly. Andrew queried multiple things the day before, as he wanted to come prepared with a plan for the job.

Andrew spoke me through everything that needed to be done. He turned up early (!), diligently went about his work. He then explained everything he had done, the wireless thermostats were installed and Andrew made sure everything was working before leaving.

That's not to mention that he was in England when I booked the job, given the short notice of it Andrew still drove 6+ hours back up to Glasgow without any complaint!

The work is also guaranteed for 5 years, which shows that this is a reputable business.

I am so impressed by the whole experience that I won't be using anyone else for any trades moving forward - I'll be going to Andrew first and checking if his company can send someone out.

Andrew arrived the same day. The plumbing job turned out to much more complicated than originally thought. Andrew was very professional and honest, keeping me informed on plan and progress. He resolved all the issues and followed up the next day with a courtesy call to check everything was ok. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I had some inspection hatches installed (boiler flue) and Advanced Heating made the whole process really easy. Maureen in the office was great and so was Dean the engineer. The work was neat and he explained everything he was doing throughout the job. He was quick and knowledgeable too.

From the moment my Checkatrade submission was responded to by Liz, my experience with this company was excellent. Andrew the engineer arrived at the estimated time and offered to remove his shoes (much appreciated as my house is a no-shoe zone). He wore a mask as I had hoped. The problem with the washing machine was explained to him and he got on with the job and completed the task in half an hour. We had an extremely pleasant conversation as he was working and I was impressed with his technical knowledge and determination to 'do the right thing' in life. He cleaned up using anti-bacterial wipes. As a result of my experience I have already recommended the company to my son who operates a micropub and will have no hesitation in using the company for any future jobs of my own.

We had issues with our boiler and electricity supply and required an out of hours call out, Andrew from Advanced Heating and Plumbing came to our aid and diagnosed the issue's and had all systems back up and running in great time.
Very appreciative of the speed and efficiency of the call out, Andrew worked in a tidy and professional manner, very polite engineer. :-)
