I use Advanced Plumbing regularly for repairs to the properties that I mange and have found them to be fast; efficient and pleasant to work with. They will always respond to an emergency as quickly as they possibly can.

Great service, hob replaced and full boiler service including some fixes. Recommended.

We had a new boiler fitted about 3 years ago. Unfortunately the company we used ceased trading. A friend recommended Advanced Heating & Plumbing. Andrew came when he said he would, sorted the problem with the thermostat & serviced our heating system. I'd definitely recommend them 👍

We have been using Advance for three years now. They are fast and reliable when you have a problem. No one is perfect but dependability when something needs to be fixed quickly is hard to find. The work is complete and well executed. I always make Andrew and his team our first call when something goes wrong. They also do a great job maintaining their work and other equipment.

Save yourself the headache that comes with using this company. I was told upon making the booking that they'll charge £185 for the first hour that their engineer spends on looking at our fridge and we would be advised should he need more time to look at the issue before incurring further charges. Of course that never happened and we were faced with paying over £50 for every 15 mins he spent at our store.

When I called to complain, the lady on the phone was very rude and denied the fact that we were ever told that they would warn us once the first hour was up. They even went as far as denying this in further emails and we are now faced with spending about the same amount to buy a small fridge just for an engineer to come and diagnose a problem.

Save your money and don't bother!

Solar Thermal Evacuated System and P1000 Brita Water System.
Andrew was very knowledgeable and professional about both systems.He efficiently carried out major repairs and maintenance including rectifying the leaking solar pump. He also installed a new isolating valve to the Brita Water system.
Andrew was always polite and courteous and would always recommend his company.

Dishwasher and oven fitted. Initial problem with former- original date agreed was put back almost immediately after it had been agreed which caused inconvenience. However Andrew fitted at revised date and was apologetic for issue. Oven installed within 24 hours of request. Not the cheapest but worth it for the end result.

I came across their office in Rainham and was highly recommended through the neighbourhood. When my boiler stopped working last year. From the minute I contacted Advanced Heating and Plumbing Services Ltd, they provided a fantastic service, quick to respond and made a visit. The engineer knew exactly what the issue was and what needed to be done. Fitted a new boiler and fixed other bits that needed to be done efficiently. Throughout the whole process he explained everything which is great especially when you have not much knowledge on boilers. Reported to the police and to Action Fraud. In my opinion, Tony Hernandez is a violent mysoginist who attempted to blackmail and extort me, and vandalised my property when I refused to be scammed.
Tony started shouting the moment he arrived at my property. He started looking around my home and asked odd personal questions. He started throwing accusations about me sabotaging my own boiler (!?). My boiler costs £1,000 to replace but Tony quoted £2,250 + VAT. When I said I couldn't afford that, he threatened to report me for safety violation (which was later disputer by the manufaturer) and attempted to take my boiler out of service. When I was taken aback by his aggressive behaviour, he mocked me. I became terrified and asked him to leave, at which point he vandalised my wall and left. This man should not be allowed into people's homes.

Back boiler stopped working just before the recent cold snap. Despite being fully booked, Andrew from AH&P attended the next day to resolve the issues. Fantastic, friendly and extremely professional sevice. Job well done to the satisfaction of all. Would fully recommend their services and will be looking to use again in the future.
