Highly recommend these guys, Andrew our gas engineer is not only friendly and reliable but very professional. We had a real emergency and he would not leave us until he was 100% happy we was gas safe again and even helped us solve a very costly issue that baffled us for many years by coming up with a clever modification for our machine. After years of searching for a good gas engineer that we can trust we finally have a fab company! Even the office staff are really friendly and helpful brilliant customer service guys. We will never use any other company other then these guys

Fantastic experience with the team. Brigette on the phone was great in getting us an engineer late on a Friday and then again on Saturday to rectify a terribly installed fireplace. Andrew saved our lives. Will only use Advanced Heating and Plumbing in the future!

Really great service, however the holiday prices are massive…. Just because its a bank holiday they charge extra even on parts and labour

Honestly, I have never met such a professional and knowledgable gentleman as the owner -Andrew. He is so honest, trustworthy and gives straightforward advice about any works or repairs. Also, he travels the country to meet all his clients. My father of 92 loves talking to him and vice versa.

Today, my quite old Johnson & Starley warm air heating unit was restored back to nearly new working condition and Andy spent 4 hours cleaning and fixing faults. When he arrived, the unit was a large lump of useless metal and by the time he left, it is now a fully functioning warm air heating control. He kept me informed at all times as to what he was doing and he gave me some very important advice regarding gas regulations. So, not only will I now be warm this coming cold season, but I will also be safe. I can't thank Andy and Advanced Heating enough.

Andy started my ongoing job today Very friendly and professional. He is already sorting another couple of things to help me. Knows his stuff and even offered urgent advice for a neighbour! I look forward to more work with him.

Very helpful staff, and engineer was very informative.

Andrew was hugely helpful and fixed our issue quickly and effectively. We had a problem with a fly infestation which was caused by a dead pigeon in the chimney. Andrew came out late in the evening and fixed our issue no problem. His good humour helped too!

We had several problems with our HVAC which were solved by the knowledgeable and experienced engineer and technicians who visited us on short notice.
