Hayley was an excellent assessor
Hayley was an excellent assessor. I found her very easy to talk to. I found it quite challenging to read my report and process the fact I am ADHD and this has been missed my whole life. Hayley has finally recognised my struggles for what they are and I feel validated and able to seek a path forward.
The whole experience with ADHD certify has been positive and I would happily recommend them.

I was made to feel comfortable and safe in the assessment. I felt validated in my experiences and the ongoing struggle I have endured most of my life. Kerry, my assessor, was professional and friendly, giving me the best chance to describe my experiences and understand better where my ADHD has effected my entire life. I plan to try the medication route and appreciate the open, honest pricing details and what the process will be. I received my outcome letter, employment adjustments letter and resource information around ten days after the assessment. After going through a different private provider for my son, and the problems we had with contact etc. I can confirm that this has been a much better experience and I feel supported to go forward with my options. Thank you so much.

Professional, kind and compassionate
I felt that Annishah remembered/documented last appt very well. There were a couple of things that Annisha and I viewed differently but she listened and didn’t push me to agree which is very important to me. Annishah comes across as very kind and compassionate and it was easy to be honest with her without fear of being judged. Medication changes were very clearly communicated and questions answered.

Teenage ADHD assessment
We were extremely pleased with the service provided by ADHD Certify. Communication throughout the process was excellent and the process was easy to understand and follow. Hayley was an exceptional practitioner who quickly established rapport with our daughter, enabling her to articulate her thoughts and feelings. Hayley skilfully questioned without leading and was clearly very good at working with children. By the end of the consultation, our daughter was empowered and she departed with a positive experience. We highly recommend the organisation with special mention to Hayley who made a difference.

Very easy to arrange the appointment. I had to reschedule and that was easy too. The assessment was very thorough and Lisa was knowledgeable, patient, kind and helpful. I felt seen and understood. I am not exploring medication yet so I can't comment on that but I would recommend ADHD Certify for a comprehensive assessment.

Total cost are unclear, your GP may not accept this
Something you need to be aware of with ADHD Certify. Whilst they are good at communication, there are a few things that were unclear while signing up.
1. The £495 is your initial assessment
2. The full shared care agreement, as has become clear after signing up, will cost in the £1,000 - £2,000 range post stabilisation period
3. I and others have found it very hard to find a GP that will accept ADHD Certify as a legitimate assessor, so you need to check this first
4. If you discover this after signing up, you won't get a refund on your initial fee

We'd like to add some clarification for anyone reading, as our pricing and terms are set out in full on our website and agreed before booking.
The £495 covers the initial assessment. Ongoing treatment — titration, medication and regular reviews — is charged separately, and this is published on the website: https://adhdcertify.co.uk/adhd-medication-journey-guide/
On shared care: whether a GP takes this on is always the GP's own decision, and practices across the UK frequently decline it — including under Right to Choose and for NHS-run services, not only for us. This reflects NHS funding and workload pressures (GPs aren't paid any extra to take on shared care, and it costs them more), and has no bearing on our legitimacy as a CQC-regulated provider or the quality of our assessments. We understand that this can feel frustrating, so we always recommend checking your GP's position early, and we're happy to provide whatever information a practice needs.
Regarding fees: as our terms and conditions make clear, and as agreed at the point of booking, assessment fees are non-refundable.
