WARNING: Absolute Scam.

Defective Products & Illegal Return Policy.
Bought 4 "heavy-duty" units. Delivered in shredded boxes. The fourth unit was completely unusable due to missing critical manufacturing parts.
When contacted, customer service weaponised a fraudulent 24-hour inspection loop-hole to deny a refund or replacement. They intentionally exploit busy people. They legally stole my money and shipped non-functional metal trash.
Check the history—this company has a systematic pattern of defrauding customers. If you have been ripped off by them, reply here. We are organizing a Class Action Lawsuit to hold these corporate thieves legally accountable. Avoid at all costs.

Poor build quality, dire customer service

Poor build quality, bought a flat top which broke on the first use (metal work completely split while heating up) didnt even receive they fryer that was ordered, it's taken 2 weeks to get a refund done for the fry but they have completely ignored my issue with the flat top, Bethan has to be one of the most unhelpful customer service advisors I've ever seen, one sentence responses that ignores half of your issue. Don't go anywhere near these guys, I've had to threaten legal action to get anything done

Avoid, Scammers

Absolute scam artists, never buy anything again, they have scammed me twice now, selling broken second hand products with wrong parts, asking to send photos and videos to prove when we did, they don’t reply, avoid at all costs

Wake up people you can do a charge back…

Wake up people you can do a charge back through your bank or credit card company, make sure you keep all emails you send as your proof and keep all correspondence received if any as proof, I really don't know how this company is still operating it sells damaged items and tries to get away with ripping people off, sent me a damaged pizza oven and tried everything not to take responsibility and avoid paying but it didn't work did it, get in touch with your card provider and they will sort it out, if its damaged and not as advertised you can and will get your money back, send what you need to send for your evidence it's simple guys, this company is rogue traders and owned by a foreign rogue dealer.

Absolutely zero customer service

Absolutely zero customer service, zero quality control, zero testing of anything even simple tests like checking a metal box for leaks by just putting water in it. Heck, the phone number even states that they dont do customer service…out loud!

Delivered an item (grease trap) which is designed to hold water 24/7/365 but upon testing it for leaks it was spraying water out of the side. Upon a closer look there was a charred hole next to where baffles are welded, so clearly happened during welding process at manufacture point.

Tried to report this and get a replacement, ended up having to fight tooth and nail despite supplying images/video they requested more images of the same thing which I sent. Then told me I needed to fill a different form in on the website which I also did only to be told the department who receive that form dont deal with this kind of issue so ended up back at the original guy who was very short with me and refused to do anything apart from tell me to fill forms in even though the forms state that returns are at my cost without a replacement supplied to me until they have seen it despite me sending multiple pictures/videos clearly showing a weld burn next to a welded component, and also saying that the goods must be unused but I had already told him i have filled it with water to test prior to chopping pipework out to fit it.

Absolutely shocking, I dont know when they decided to do away with customer service but it didnt use to be this way, so I will never order anything from these clowns ever again and if you want to avoid this kind of treatment, zero quality control and zero customer service I suggest nobody else orders from them again either.

How are they allowed to get away with this?

We are still awaiting responses to…

We are still awaiting responses to problems and damaged items all the correct procedures have been followed in fact in one case we received a very rude email saying they wouldn't communicate again on this matter. The products are competitively priced but customer service is non existent and the lack of a telephone number is unacceptable.

If I could give no stars I would!!!
Couldn't get in touch with an actual person always a robot on chat!! and when I did their attitude and customer service or their lack of was dreadful with an attitude that it was my fault that my items never got to my property.
Will never use this service again. Disgusting!!!!!

SHOCKING

SHOCKING. Bought 2 x hand wash sinks from Adexa, one had a faulty valve from the off, the second failed within 3 months.

Adexa would not stand by their warranty, stating that I need a plumbers report (likely to cost me over £100 to obtain) to replace the £20 valves - horrendous way to treat customers.

I have spent £1000's with Adexa in the past, crazy they will let a business customer go over 2 x £20 valves that likely cost them pennies.

Customer complaint form filled in with no response. Finally got a response when threatened with AI composed email regarding trading standards for them to reply with a similar AI response telling me how wrong I was.

Sophie from the customer care team just bangs the drum of "plumbers report" .

I have to say from my experience it was first class , the service was quick & delivery was prompt, I needed to change part of my order the day after I ordered it sent them an email & they dealt with it instantly & changed what I needed , my experience was good I would use again
