Items damaged and parts missing
Items damaged and parts missing, would not resend missing parts as I did not notify them within 24 hours. Poor customer service, would never use again
If I could give zero stars i would
If I could give zero stars i would. Ordered a griddle, it was not the same as advertised, was told I should read the t/c and that as a personal customer and not a business I basically have no right to return unless I paid for the return. They said items can be different and it is up to us to unpack and check before accepting i, the griddle was completely different, not just a shade. There is no way a heavy bulky item can be unpacked at the door ,I couldn't even lift it, no delivery man is going to hang about for that. Will be seeing advice as this just isnt good enough, Avoid at all costs!!
Absolutely hopeless
Absolutely hopeless.
I ordered two simple shelving units and only one turned up. It took a dozen emails and 4 weeks to get them to deliver the second unit - there is no way to contact them by phone.
The excuse was that they were investigating the issue. There was nothing to investigate - I ordered and paid for two units and they only delivered one.
I’d suggest you shop somewhere else.
The worst company I have dealt with...
Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with! I've used Adexa a few times previously, and whilst the quality of the products are adequate at best, you probably get what you pay for. However I recently bought a dishwasher for my small business. It did not heat up correctly and was faulty from the moment we started using it. Adexa kept advising it was a warranty issue, as it was a parts only warranty, I was to pay for an engineer to diagnose and fix the item - WHICH WAS FAULTY WHEN IT ARRIVED. Adexa would not budge on this and were a complete nightmare to deal with and not helpful in the slightest.
In the end I took it up with my bank who initiated a chargeback. In my opinion it's not worth dealing with this company, especially on more expensive items.

We received two industrial tables from Adexa for our transport business. I have to commend them on their fast delivery and excellent communication. We had a small hiccup and it was swiftly resolved in a professional and transparent manner. I will definitely buy from them again and highly recommend! Thank you, Adexa and well done.

Absolutely terrible products
Absolutely terrible products, everything breaks within warranty and the company are a nightmare to deal with. Cheap Chinese rubbish reflected in the price. Buy cheap buy twice springs to mind
Great service
Product as expected quick delivery will definitely buy from Adexa again
Quick and easy to order and delivered quickly
Quick and easy to order and delivered quickly, I haven't used the items yet, however they look like they will do the job for what they are needed for.
Zero customer care after they take your cash!
How I wish I had read these first, I would never had purchased from them and I still don’t even have my item yet!
After doing my own checks and research it transpired my display fridge was being delivered on a day I won’t be in. Visiting the Adexa website it became apparent quickly you could not actually get hold of anyone on the phone (unless you wanted spend more money with them via another sale that is). So an online form it was, via email.
To be fair the emails were answered quickly but ‘Ella’ (seemed like a bot as she wouldn’t answer questions and just repeated herself over and over) was highly unhelpful. I have been told they can not (or can not “be bothered”more like) to rearrange my delivery and I need to sort it myself (got my money now haven’t they?!). Rang the number she supplied only to be told I shouldn’t have been give that number. Couldn’t help anyway, try this number. Tried that number only to be told the same. They also said as adexa was the customer and not me and the instruction had to come from them…and yes they could sort that for me, but very obviously they have zero customer care so how will this work then?
I then asked to cancel the order and be refunded. Ella simply replied “the order will be delivered on Wednesday”. Helpful girl/ bot…not!
So I won’t be here to sign for delivery so it’ll end up ending returned to adexa. Clearly that is what you prefer. So I’ll expect a refund the same day as it is returned, I don’t expect to be subject to small claims courts applications and section 75’s like a lot of people apparently have!
I’ll remind you to re familiarise yourselves with the consumer rights act 2015, every decent British company has to abide by our laws, right?
Anyway in summery if you’re reading these reviews before purchasing then brilliant stuff. Don’t visit adexa, don’t give them your money and defiantly look elsewhere. One of the poorest dealings I have had. Shame on you. I’ll also be contacting standards.
this is the worst company i have ever…
this is the worst company i have ever used every item they delivered was damaged one had a scratch on the side and bottom they said its only cosmetic i refused delivery they charge me for the return items may seam cheap but stay away from this company no phone number customer sevive the worst i have ever known
Good quality, trolley but side panels didnt fit
Over all the trolley is very good quality and study for daily use .its rolls smoothly and works well for clearing .The only issues we had was with the side panels as we were unable to attached/install them properly. apart from that we are happy with product and does the job well .
Avoid this company if you expect proper…
Avoid this company if you expect proper customer service or accountability.
We received a damaged commercial kitchen item and reported the issue within 24 hours exactly as required. The initial photos clearly showed significant packaging damage on delivery. Once the unit was unpacked and fully inspected, damage to the product itself became apparent and was provided to the company.
Despite this, Adexa repeatedly changed their reasoning for refusing responsibility. Each email introduced a different excuse as to why they would not collect, replace, or refund the damaged item. They ultimately blamed their courier’s evidence window, even though the damage had already been reported within the required timeframe.
Their final “goodwill gesture” for a damaged commercial product was either a £30 partial refund or a £40 voucher, which is completely inadequate considering the circumstances.
What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability and the constant shifting of responsibility away from themselves. After my experience, I looked further into the company and found many similar complaints from other customers online.
Very frustrating experience and not a company I would use again.
Easy to order and arrived quickly
Easy to order and arrived quickly. Very easy to assemble 👍 Good quality and robust - perfect for our needs.

They send damaged items then charge you restock fees. That's their business model.
5% fee if you cancel order within an hour.
25% fee if you cancel after an hour.
Two items we ordered were incomplete and damaged.
They said we can't do anything as it's passed the 24h window of it arriving. It's unfeasible to install 10 water heaters while the driver waits for us.
They offered us £15 and no other solution or offer to send the missing part.
Do not let your money be corrupted by this company.

Paid for next day delivery but delivery was 5 days
Adexa's range of products and prices…
Adexa's range of products and prices are excellent. Prior to delivery we were kept informed of when it was due and on the day, we had a call when the driver was half an hour away.
