Working with Toni was great! We had to investigate whether the Water Reservoir top can come off to sterilize. She investigated every option! Her expertise on mask fit, and components was perfect! She is a fantastic professional!

Chasity was 5 star
Chasity was 5 star. 20 yrs ago I was issued my 1st CPAP machine with absolutely no one like Chasity helping with any training. The class of two by Chasity the was awe inspiring I even stayed late asking additional questions as she helped me pick a mask. Kudos to this approach.
Staff was great
Staff was great. Rep showing us how to use the machine and what to expect was phenomenal. She was very informative and answered all the questions we had. Everyone from making the appointment to the receptionist was amazing.

Im giving adapt health the boot
My husband got a 12 week cam boot it lasted 7 weeks air thing stopped wirking will not do anything they were to order permanent boot called them was told was ordered did not get yet called back about 12 week one asking where oermanent one was was told they cancciled our order saying could not reach me that my VM was full ive neverhad full vm thats a total lie&iwould need new prescription &would be a few weeks again to order it when it was supposed to be delivered when they got it last time will not do bisiness eith these incompetit people again

This company is awful
This company is awful. My Bipap machine broke 2+ months ago and I'm still waiting on a replacement machine. They've been giving me the runaround and won't do anything to resolve this issue. Even worse, they never offered me a temporary replacement until I receive a new one. My severe sleep apnea is really impressed. If you have any other options to get sleep apnea equipment, I would highly recommend using them. Adapt Health is a disgrace to their profession.

This is awful…
The website I was sent to to setup was so difficult , took me and my husband some time to figure out. None of the invoices match what I’m being charged. I feel like I’m constantly being charged something when I haven’t done anything. These are charges other than my cpap rental.
Their customer service is awful, I don’t know how they got all these good reviews. I’ve emailed, takes weeks at times to get a reply and even then the question isn’t answered. They just throw an invoice at you or use a prompt and then the ticket is closed . This service feels like a scam.
