Nick was very patient. He answered all of my questions. He was very professional and Proficient. He understood his machines and the process and explains everything to me quite thoroughly andhelped me to feel confidence that I understood as well.
Possible Shady Business
My father needed a hospital bed and the order was sent to this company. I was told a monthly rental would be about $1100. I asked them to get prior approval through the insurance and that my father does have insurance to cover the bed. I was told they don’t do that. The people at the call center did not seem to understand. About a week later they told me his insurance is covering 80% and the monthly rental would be $10.55. I called the insurance company to verify prior approval was completed and found it had not been done. They had not received anything from AdaptHealth. I also tried to talk to someone locally. The local phone number given goes to the call center. First the call center tried to transfer me to someone locally and the call was dropped. The second time the person in the call center stayed on the line until I was connected. I spoke with a remote worker who confirmed the $10.55 rental amount and was able to also place a service order for another piece of equipment. The insurance company confirmed they did not submit a prior approval for the bed. I’m at a loss as to what to do next.

Very nice very easy process. Explained everything quickly and efficiently and answered all questions. Definitely helps that Jasmyn is beautiful too. Makes the hospital stay a little brighter.

Kim was great. She explained everything about my new CPAP all the settings out to clean it all the information about it too. That’s on the back of the machine. I am copied. I’m going to get a good night sleep finally.

All employees that I dealt with very pleasant and willing to do what was necessary to get me better and comfortable. Sometimes you run across people that have a job but treat it like you’re special and not just a job that I’m grateful for.
Great experience
I went to the Laurel office in Maryland for my cpap machine. I was greeted upon walking in. The person helping me was very polite and engaging. He thoroughly explained all the steps I needed to take to ensure that I would be able to use my cpap machine correctly . He answered all questions that were asked. I felt as though he truly cared to help and took the time to work with me to find a mask that I'd be comfortable wearing. Overall the entire experience was pleasant.

Matthew was great, made the experience easy. He went over instructions asked if we had any questions and answered them to the best of his ability. Had us test our masks to make sure it was a correct fit
Garbage company
Garbage company. If I have to call about items missing from my deliveries that are listed on the packing slip one more time, I'm driving to the Iowa supply center to smack some coconuts together.
