I rang as a complete beginner with no knowledge & spoke to a very helpful guy. After he gave me basic info on thermal imaging he arranged for the Manager to ring me back as the expert. We decided on the product with no sales pressure & they ensured it was delivered on the day i wanted by delaying dispatch.
