Excellent customer service
Bought a Flexstand LED light from Tech For Music last week and the delivery was impressively quick. I ordered it on the morning of 11th Feb and it arrived the very next day.
There was a small manufacturing fault with the light stand, which obviously wasn’t their fault and could happen with any product. I emailed them to let them know and they replied within an hour, then had the replacement part ordered the following day.
Really great customer service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using Tech For Music again.

Parcel got lost somewhere...but all good!
Parcel got lost somewhere between the warehouse and the couriers, so needed to make a call to TechforMusic to track it down. They managed to get it sorted - so good job.

Item arrived earlier than anticipated
Item arrived earlier than anticipated. The purchase came in two boxes and the courier delivered separately so when the first box came on its own I went into panic mode due to recently being ripped off by another retailer. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and helped by double checking the tracking on their end to confirm. The second parcel was delivered a few hours later. Great service, highly recommend.
