Excellent Alncom

Very personal company with excellent staff in the office and efficient, polite and competent engineers and technical teams. We now have our terrible, slow, intermittent Wifi replaced by super super fast broadband for less than we were paying before!

Insulation

The lad im sure his name was Lewis was amazing very polite and professional and made sure I was 100 % sure I was all set up properly 10 out off ten for customer skills I would definitely recommend alncom just off how professional and helpful he was thank you again

Alncom - A Brilliant Broadband Company

Alncom is a brilliant company which provides excellent reliable broadband products and services. They offer excellent value for money. All their staff; both on the customer support side and technical team are excellent. Team members are polite, efficient and knowledgeable.

Outstanding service throughout.

I phoned Alncom after my broadband failed and was dealt with very quickly by their friendly helpline staff. Within 30 minutes an engineer was at my door and investigating, quickly finding the fault was outside my property. As this was going to take a little while to trace and fix, I was offered a backup solution to tide me over, although I was happy without this, it was nice to know it was available. 24 hours later, the fault was traced and fixed. Outstanding service by friendly staff who are proud of what they do and don't treat you like a technological idiot!

Just doing what they say they will.

Been speaking to Alncom since October '25 about getting a connection as our broadband was so poor and they indicated they could get us connected in Spring/Summer 26.
Contacted them in Jan '26 for an update and they said it would be March '26. Sure enough the first working day in March they were installing the lines to our property which is quite a distance and we were connected by 16th March.
They just did what they said they would and were very helpful along the way. Every interaction I have had with anyone in the company has been positive one. They always reply. Excellent service.

Alncom Full Fibre highly recommended.

Rob, the Customer Service Engineer came and connected our home garden office Cat 6 cable to our Anlcom router. He was very professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very friendly too. He did a great job and left the place super tidy too. We can't praise him highly enough. The original installation team, who connected us to Full Fibre the previous week were also superb and very helpful, assisting with connection of peripheral devices after ensuring the service was up and running. A credit to Alncom. Highly recommend. What's more, there's a real person at the end of the phone, if you need them.

A card came through the post from…

A card came through the post from Alncom & after some hesitation thinking about it we decided to give them a try. The engineers were all first class and nothing was to much trouble for them. It was not the easiest of installation for them. We would highly recommend Alncom

Excellent service ...

Excellent service .... turned up on time and cracked on quickly and efficiently with job in hand. Ensured everything was tried and tested and provided additional provision in enhancing service provided. Engineer had a very supportive and engaging manner and came across as knowledgeable and focused on providing customer care.

Recently signed up with alncom. customer service has been fantastic, everyone is really friendly, helpful and responds quickly to enquiries. Our broadband has been up and running for a week now and we have been experiencing great speeds without any issues. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

With Alncom I got real people who delivered what I needed.

I knew Alncom back in the day when they did computer repairs. As a former business customer of BT, for many years, I had major problems, unresolved by BT, when they 'upgraded' to a digital phone system and part-fibre broadband replacing the copper wire network. Alncom is good at making the company and its services know in the area and the village where I live and their pricing and offers for new installations for broadband services is competitive . So I switched and am very satisfied with the knowledge and efficiency of Alncom's engineers, who explained everything I needed to know to make broadband and wi-fi work in an old house with very thick stone walls! Thank-you.
