Fantastic company, cannot recommend highly enough. I purchased a Swarovsky scope. Quick delivery, but I couldnt get on with it (my issue, not the scope). Ian at ACE arranged pickup by his courier. Delivery of the replacement scope happened in less than 24hrs - with a discount on the balance. Fast, helpful advice by obvious experts, and great prices. Many thanks.

Best price. Free delivery. Helpful. Went out of their way to get the binoculars to me arranged a delivery on the day they were closed. Can’t rate them highly enough. Oh, and the Leica Trinovids are fantastic bins.

Lack of information
On placing the order , an e.mail confirming the order stated a further e.mail would be sent with tracking information when the order was shipped . No e.mail was sent with tracking info . I had to phone to get confirmation that my order had been shipped . Not good enough .
