Damaged car was collected same day.
Recieved a call later in the day to say my replacement would be eith me the next day.

The moment Olivia picked up the call, I felt relaxed. Her communication was straightforward, understanding, and she was a pleasure to work with. She quickly collected all the necessary details and within minutes, I had information about a replacement vehicle along with plans for retrieving mine. Everything was resolved just three hours after the mishap. I highly recommend her services.

The firm are currently still dealing with my case (yet to receive compensation), but have dealt with my case thus far as swiftly as possible with constant and often daily updates. Loved had they had ties to repair, hire replacement and solicitation. Only fail was not being able to line me up with an near-enough like-for-like courtesy car. Luckily I wasn't in any urgent need for one in my own car's absence but would've been nice. Happy with service regardless thus far.

Very quick and easy.

Following an unexpected accident when my car was crashed into while parked and feeling totally stressed out. They took over all the things that needed to be done and within 2 days everything was in place and a courtesy car delivered

My experience with Accident Claim Helpline has been excellent. I was involved in a RTC which has been a very upsetting and traumatic experience. Tom from accident claim helpline has looked after me from day one he has been very helpful, very understanding and informative through the whole process. There’s a lot of information to take on board and Tom has guided me thru everything and Tom reassured me that if I need anything don’t hesitate just to call him. Tom has sorted a courtesy car out for me which was delivered the next day and put me in the hands of a very good solicitors firm who have been dealing with my case.
