Quick and user friendly customer experience

My orders always arrive quickly and the return process is very simple for when something does not fit right.
The communication with the customer service is OK, at least better than many.
My last order was for 2 pairs of shoes, one of which was too tight for my feet, so I had to return it. I received the refund on the day after they received the return parcel.

Great service

Great service, really nice promos and discounts - and I mean REALLY nice, you can get original stuff from various brands on crazy low prices as long as you check out the app regularly. Returns are absurdly easy and hassle free and refunds are processed swiftly. The customer support is friendly and efficient. Honestly, the entire AY team always goes above and beyond and it shows throughout the experience. You can tell it’s Germans that are running the show, no complaints on my side haha

Great experience for more than 5 years

I've been using About you since the Covid lock down. I love the app because it allows me to order and return items free of charge. I can change my mind at any time. The shop also offers great discounts even for things that still have their full price on other sites.
