“About You” is my favourite shopping site. It has large assortment and a great variety of different styles.

I do not recommend this store!

I do not recommend this store!
I ordered shoes that I paid for through PayPal, which did not arrive. PayPal did not refund my money because the goods "were delivered". After dozens of emails from the store, it turned out that they had arrived at another location, which is unknown, probably a wrong address by them or the courier. I asked for GPS coordinates and the signature of the person who received the goods, as well as a photo of the package with the written address, which were not provided to me. There was no refund through no fault of mine.

I didn't receive my product

I didn't receive my product. Or any message to inform me of the purchase cancelation. And I don't need it anymore, so do not send it again! It is very disappointing that there is no way to get in touch with the About You team to know what happens and what went wrong! Very poor quality of communication and care about the client!
