Rented with Aboding for almost 3 years with no hassle at all. Prompt responses from maintenance, close to transport links and the wharf, cleaner came every week and most importantly friendly and considerate housemates. Would definitely choose them again if I moved back to London.

Will and the Aboding team were professional and easy to deal with. They responded promptly to any queries and questions and were quick to sort any problems with the property. The house was excellent and above the standard I would expect for the price. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a brilliant experience with Aboding. Friendly, personal, attentive customer service. Excellent, well-maintained property at a reasonable price, with all bills included. Very quick to respond to emails and fix any maintenance or other issues. I took advantage of the flexible contract, which is so rare to find but really helpful in the event of any unexpected developments in life. There is also an option to change room/property after one year so you can meet new flatmates / young professionals. Quick and seamless return of deposit. Would really recommend Aboding, one of the best agencies I've experienced.

Overall I would give Aboding a great response after living in one of their properties for a year.

Registering as their tenant was straightforward at the start of the tenancy, they responded to most enquires pretty quickly about any house issues and I got on well with the others in the house.

Being an international student, the apartment search was difficult and more than a little daunting. I am so happy to have found a place with Aboding! They have been incredibly communicative and any minor incidents (few and far between) have been taken care of quickly and quietly. It's also been lovely working with Will.

Really easy process with Aboding. I really like how the cost is inclusive which actually makes it really good value - no need to worry about those surprise bills! William was also super helpful and easy to deal with.

I've had a lovely experience in the 2 years renting with them. Will, who I dealt with, was always very quick to respond to queries or concerns and often got things fixed with no fuss. He aimed to make things as easy as possible for me and I appreciate the easy and stress-free experience he provided to renters.
