To say that Hirsch Estates are extremely helpful, very diligent and committed to doing the right thing by both their landlords and their tenants, would be an understatement.

I had rented my property through another agent and my experience was absolutely horrendous. Someone suggested I contact Gerry at Hirsch Estates and rent through them in the future. I decided to call them to see if they could advise me on the process of evicting that tenant. As someone who was an accidental landlord i was a complete novice, and they helped guide me through the whole process (even though they didn’t have any commitment other than a verbal one from me that I would rent through them). I think they could just see how upset I was at the way my property was being treated and how poorly the agent was acting, so just wanted to help me as they are good people. I went through a process and managed to evict my tenant. The property was left in a state and again Gerry and Raf were so helpful in advising me on the best way to put the property right, whilst also trying to reduce costs.

I now have a tenant on a fully managed service through Hirsch Estates and they have been great (and are always at the end of a quick phone call when needed). They also want to put the right tenants in your home as that’s key to ensuring everyone is happy and I have to say I’m very happy with the new tenant.

I could not recommend Hirsch Estates highly enough.
