Mustaqur was very friendly and professional and always on hand to help when in need. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I rented with Abode for 10 months and it was a great experience for me.
Mustaqur was an excellent landlord.
When I wanted to move from my first property he found a new house very nearby and arranged a viewing, I was moved within a couple of weeks. Later I needed to relocate due to my job and Mustaqur was incredibly accommodating for this.
Additionally maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and the house was cleaned weekly.
Overall they are a great company that are very responsive and care for the tenants.

Very friendly neighbors, accommodation is in a good condition, maintenance is very quick to come. All the agents are nice, helpful and friendly. Mustaqur was responsible for our accommodation, he was always quick to respond and tried to help as efficiently as he could!

The room was really nice. It came fully furnished with everything I needed. My housemates were very nice and lovely and any issues I had were dealt with speed. Mustaqur, the property manager was very helpful and made sure that I had a good time. Any issues I had were dealt with very quickly especially issues that happened outside working hours. The whole process from move in to move out was seamless thanks to Mustaqur and the maintenance team and I had no issues whatsoever!

I would recommend Aboding Co-Living to any young professionals who are looking for house shares in London and canary wharf. It was very easy to socialize with likeminded professionals and I will miss my housemates a lot.

Had a great experience living in an Aboding Co-Living house. The check-in process was very smooth and all the flatmates were extremely friendly. Really appreciated weekly cleaning services and prompt fixes with any issues in the property. My check out was done on time without any hassles by Mustaqar, who is very responsive with any queries and got back to me with helpful information as soon as possible.

The apartment was nice, and had most things already provided. Housemates were generally pleasant too. Mustaqur was helpful, and quick to respond. I'd recommend going with Aboding when you are looking for a new place to live

Had the best time at the elizebeth close property. That house became a home for all of us housemates. It’s a memory I will cherish. Yusuf and co were amazing and always there if we need anything. Thanks abiding co living for such a nice time and the house is beautiful.

I rented a room with them for about 1 and half years. Living there was great; the first property manager left a bit to be desired the current one (at the time of writing) is far better.

In my experience renting the property manager and maintenance team were always on hand and were usually quick to respond to any issues. Cleaners also cleaned the communal areas weekly which was very nice.

The rent was pretty reasonable as well given the size of room, city and location.

Overall I would definitely recommend going with Aboding.

I rented a ensuite with them..very clean house and both the manager and landlord were brilliant any time i needed them they were imideatly there to help..i highly reccomend them exellent service and extremely profesional. 😊

I had a pleasant experience living in Aboding House accommodation. Both the manager and the landlord were lovely, honest, fair and professional. I rented one of their houseshares for almost two years and would 100% recommend them.

The flats and rooms are really nice and affordable for the area they are in.
The management really do look after you aswell.

The tenancy package ensures everything is taken care of with a minimum of hassle, the room was spacious and well furnished, communal areas kept clean and tidy, housemates were friendly, issues were resolved quickly, and the landlord was open to suggestions for improvements above and beyond maintenance. No complaints at all, would recommend!

Aboding made my stay here for the last 2 years such a seamless experience. I cannot emphasise enough how professional, respectful and efficient Will and the team were. The property really enabled me to not worry about additional bills or maintenance issues as everything was managed by them. The deposit was protected and any issues within the property was dealt with with the upmost urgency. They also were really accommodating with the move dates, and ensured if I needed to extend then this would be available.

Very helpful and accommodating landlord. Property well maintained and clean, never had any issues but many improvements were made throughout my time there, thanks for a great tenancy!

I stayed at Aboding for 6 months and it was amazing, the area was quiet but not dull. The house is always clean and you have every amenity you need in the kitchen and laundry already available in the house. The landlord was very attentive to everyone’s immediate needs for repairs or complaints (we barely had any complaints because the housemates all turn out to be lovely people; decent, clean and respectful). You want to stay at Aboding, trust me. I enjoyed it especially during the peak of the pandemic and having to be living with people you don’t particularly know, it was great.

Lived with Aboding throughout my time in London and so glad I did! They were super quick to respond to maintenance issues, the house was in a great location & close to transport links, cleaner came every week and my housemates were super lovely. Would recommend them to everyone!
