No delivery and little response

Order marked "undeliverable" which they said was due to the goods being damaged by Evri in transit. I had to chase them up for a refund or a redelivery. They said they would send it again. I agreed. They didn't. I again requested a replacement/refund. I was ghosted. After no response to a further (third) request I got a refund via Amazon. Appalling customer service.

Change courier

Change courier, 4 days on, still waiting for delivery, nominated courier company, Yodel, more than useless!

I'll never purchase again from a2zdrinks.com whilst they use Yodel Courier!

Numerous reviews below regarding a2zdrinks nominated courier, Yodel, a2zdrinks, constantly blaming Yodel for failed deliveries,

a2zdrinks, YOU appointed Yodel as as your nominated courier, all failed deliveries the buck stops with YOU a2zdrinks, stop blaming Yodel warehouse issues,

Any future a2zdrinks potential customer's, prior to purchasing from a2zdrinks, give very careful consideration regarding delivery.

This is a very competitive market, chose wisely before ordering from a2zdrinks.
