Called ahead to arrange collection of a keg and was told it would be available, only to arrive and be told it wasn’t in stock.
The environment was very concerning, there was a white powdery substance on the office desks, the owner appeared erratic and possibly under the influence..
Horrendous customer service and a very unprofessional atmosphere. I’d strongly advise steering clear.

What a service! I ordered my keg and beer gas saturday 7:30am while i was in work. I never expected it till next week and normally i get a call from Anthony to confirm delivery but after 10 hours of work just as i got back the delivery was on my doorstep 10 hours later! Can you believe it? What a service for a Saturday. Amazing service amazing People. Anthony you are a Legend! I hope everyone will realise. Thanks to J&A Drinks. You made my Saturday. I ordered some alcohol and was told delivery in 7 days CoD.
I called 6 days later to determine delivery time and discovered they had no stock. Their website is still allowing people to buy the product despite the fact that they have none.
Nor did they bother to call me to say they had none.
The kindest I can come up with is 'Unhelpful'.
(Mind you CoD should have been a red flag - no one offers that these days)
