Quick delivery, good communication and a very good price.

Easy ordering and a good price. Received a receipt for order immediately .The order was ordered Sun. and delivered Wed. The packaging was excellent and communication from Yodel was good. 10/10 for this company.

Bought this product through A2Z on Amazon, the seller sent the wrong item. When I initially clicked the return and refund option it said this item was not returnable. Got ahold of A2Z Drinks through Amazon and they have repeatedly taken a long time to reply, not payed any attention when telling them when I'm available.
They cannot comprehend that I cannot stay at home all day waiting for pick-up - I have a full-time job.
I ordered this item with fast delivery (for an extra cost) because we were going on holiday and I wanted to take it with us - because I had the wrong order I had to buy something else. So now I am massively out of pocket - can't get a refund because the return is proving so problematic and it has now been weeks.
This company does not take ownership of their own errors and handle situations like this incredibly poorly.
Don't bother buying off of them, you will eventually regret it.

A2Zdrinks part in the process was flawless.However Yodel sent me an email telling me my order would be delivered between 2.07pm and 4.07pm. I hadn't received it by 5pm and had to leave my house to attend an appointment.I therefore had to update my delivery info to say I would collect my order from my nearest Yodel depot.So after paying £4.99 for Yodel to deliver my order to me.I had to give up my Saturday morning to drive £15-20 miles to the nearest Yodel depot and collect the order myself.

Ordered within the countdown time frame stated on the listing and paid for next day delivery as we were going away for the weekend but it did not arrive the next day and the courier completely ignored the stated safety place to leave it and it was left on our front doorstep all weekend

I have very recently submitted 3 emails with reference to the quality of the product i ordered. I have had no response, as we say in Scotland "i have been hit with a deefy",from the company about this complaint. Not Impressed!! I have been using this company for a while now with no complaints, this has left me extremely disappointed with the lack of response to my issue.
Have sent the order via E mail and hay ho still hee haw

Consistently late deliveries which they always blame on "a problem at Yodel hub." So why are they using them?
Also tried to get me to take down a negative review.

Great service. Delivered within a few days and bottles were well boxed up and protected. Prices really good. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again!
