Your site should invest better the apartments that you suggest or you should give pictures closer to reality.
We gave 150€ for a flat that pictures appeared something real interesting....

Best offers, easy handling, very good work

Ken was very helpfull and nice. The apartement was very convinient and clean. Comfortable and well equipped. Only 30 minutes walking to the city center (you can take a bus if you want -lines 14 and 140 were very useful- We rented a car and we could park it in the building -no parking place in the area for non residents.

Apartment in Berlin was roomy and in a leafy suburb but close to station to city centre, a good food store and a typical German Restaurant.

We used 9flats to find a flat in London - it was the best balance price/location. couldn't ask for anything better!

AirBnB recently implemented it's new policy of forcing it's customers to give them scans of government documents to "verify" their ID. Not only that but they also lie to their customers about the reason for this. In our case they originally told us the hosts we were contacting had insisted on the extra verification but we contacted all of those hosts independently and all said they had never asked for such a thing.
Anyway, long story short, we refuse to use AirBnB now and went looking for alternatives. 9Flats was an obvious choice and we found many people who advertise both on 9Flats and AirBnB and often the 9Flats rooms are cheaper.
The service seems to work very well. Nothing ever felt sketchy. The hosts we met were great people. Highly recommend 9Flats.

I used 9flats to book accommodation in two places whilst traveling Canada. Easy to use, a variety of places to stay, and had nothing but a great experience at the places I stayed in. Would recommend as a fantastic alternative to staying in hotels. Saved myself a bundle using 9flats!

I've booked holiday accommodation through 9flats twice now. I don't really have too much to say, because it was such a simple transaction each time. I found some really good prices and the quality of the last place I stayed is second to none. I have had no negative experience to report.

Dealing with 9flats to arrange a stay in Germany was very smooth and straightforward. The accommodation itself was probably the nicest of any we stayed in, with very friendly owners and a superb setting. 9flats would be my first choice in finding accommodation on another trip.

We were in the unfortunate situation that our order was cancelled by host. In scenarios like this, 9flats is completely incapable of handling the situation. We now have to claim additional costs for more expensive accommodation as our booking was cancelled 1,5 week before departure. I have seen this in several reviews on this page - 9flats cannot offer any guidance on how to claim money back from the host, and they are not even making an effort to clearly state to the host that that host is responsible. The only answer you will always get is that "we are only a market place". This is perfectly fine, but it cannot be that they care so little about their customers that they are not even in a position to offer the slightest amount of guidance or support. In the end, no consequences are made towards the host who performed the cancellation, but why would 9 flats also do such - when they earn 170 USD everytime a host cancels a booking? You are not safe as a customer on this page. As soon as something goes wrong, you will have to take a financial loss that 9flats will not and can not support you in claiming back. I will in the future stay away from this page, and go with a more consumer secure booking portal. It is not worth the risk. Booking ref: 6e3053ce

A verry beautiful experience

Looking for accommodation in an unfamiliar city is never easy. The options available in Seoul, Sth Korea on the very first search were amazing and the ease with which I was able to book an appropriate apartment seemed too good to be true! But then, when that apartment had issues with the hot water service and we were moved to an "upgraded" one, I realised 9flats.com was everything and more that this sort of online service should be.
