Management is efficient and prompt to respond.

We had no problem with 9flats.com - everything was as described and pictured on their website, and they got back to us quickly when we had a question. We would have preferred to have had contact with the owner as well, who I believe did not speak English and instead we had a contact with the rental agent.
The apartment served our purpose - and actually it was a small house with a courtyard and a rooftop terrace. It is a little out of the way, but has bus and subway close by.
The house is sparsely furnished with bare necessities - I think they could do better.....We asked for a coffee pot or maker which never materialized in 5 days - not cool.

We had a flat in Hamburg and it was the first time we booked via 9flats. We were very happy with the communication, contact possibilities and reliability. No complaints. Our flat owned by Klaus Basler was excellent.

Booking an taking over the flat were very easy and the flat just as announced, very much to our needs and a great possibility to go visiting London.

Easy and comfortable to book. Honest information. I stayed with 9flats hosts twicce and it was very satisfying.

Casa Tortilla is a perfect place to spend a week in Barcelona. Marcello is a very friendly and reliable Person, so we were able to check in as soon as we arrived. The flat lies in a wonderful neighbourhood, there are two Metro stations close by (5 min walk). The GAUDI park is in Walking distance and if you like cooking yourselves, there are supermarkets and a markethall near by. The flat itself is clean, spacy and the kitchen provides you with everything needed for cooking. The small terrace is a beautiful place to relax while having a coffee. We love to come again.

Services were delivered as agreed. Rented apartment was decent, in line with advertisement. Payment done accordingly.

To call this falt a designer flat seems quite overrated:
- The heating system could not be changed to more than 21 degrees.
- There was no hair dryer.
- Sockets in the bathroom were that high that I couldn't reach them, which meant there was no socket available for me.
- There was no dish washer.
- Internet access was quite OK,.
- Location quite ok, but the wall of the house is extremely grimy, the stairsteps and the walls to the flat need renovation.
- Payment for such a flat anounced as a designer flat seems over the top.
- Host very reliable and fast in response to questions.

They say we came more than 4 people but host didnt want to check how many people we were, we sent photo to prove it at the website but they never trust, they just want more money

You say 7 people appear, but we were only 4 people, we already sent you photo, and ask the host to check when she wants
Your website is just lie and never respect terms and conditions, we ask you to give us email for our help and not your support website but even this you can't do it

We booked apartments with 9flats at 3 locations (Berlin, Paris and Prague) in 3 consecutive years. Not the slightest problem. We always found nice and helpful hosts and enjoyed our stays.

Description of flat met reality.

I used 9Flats.com recently for the first time, for a 3 night stay in Venice. As I'd not heard of the website before, I researched for reviews and came upon Trustpilot.

The ratings and feedback on Trustpilot for 9flats made me confident to proceed with a booking and I'm so glad I did.

The process was straightforward, there were no hiccups and the 2 bedroom apartment we booked was as promised, if not better.

Wouldn't hesitate to use 9flats.com again, or recommend them to others.

9 Flats is an EXCELLENT Platform !
Not only do you have the opportunity to Live like a Local, in an Apartment of your own, but they also Provide Private rooms by Locals, so that you for even Cheaper Money, make your Stay as comfortable as possible ! The unique thing about 9 Flats is also, that you can add your own Apartment for rent or even better, EXCHANGE with someone, who is going exactly at the same time as you are, on a Travel to the destination where YOU live ! This makes it even cheaper or for even NO costs.
Also you have the Unique Profile, on your own, where you can add a little about yourself, and what I consider a great help for others whos out-looking or for an Upcoming Host to see and read about whose coming....As a Final Excellent Step, After your Stay, the Host will add a comment about its Guest, added to your Profile, as a Helpful Guideline for the Next Host to decide whether or not, to Accept the Guest. This also goes for the Guest, who will add, after the Stay, a Comment about the Host, on the Hosts Profile as a Helpful Guideline for others that might consider A Booking at the same Place.
What is furthermore unique is, that SHOULD a Host determine you as a Guest, ALL other Hosts Nearby will get a automatic Notice, that "Someone is looking for accommodation in your Neighbourhood" and can offer you theirs...if interested !!
The prizes are suitable for Everyman Purse. From 12 Euro s per Night to approx 80 Euro Pr Night ( this higher Prize is in particular if you decide to rent a whole Household but even a Whole Household comes to the costs from 30 Euro s Pr Night and up ...) ! Therefore I recommend 9 Flats...because YOU are in fully charge of how, where, when and by whom, your next Stay should be like but for ALL is, you will feel and live like A Local !!! The best thing is....9 Flats is Worldwide !!!
