Familie Apartment in Budapest was very comfortable
We were three adult ladies staying one week in this flat and it was really nice to live. Comfortable, large enough, good bathroom, kitchenette with all we needeed, comfortable beds and clean. The location was best possible and the inner court was nice with trees and flowers. And what is important it was silent flat and all kind of grocery shops was in surroundings.

Long weekend in Berlin
Had a lovely long weekend in Berlin and really enjoyed staying there. The house was clean, room and all facilities too. And you even were asked to put on some slippers in the house instead of your shoes - which could be noticed with the floor. Host was very friendly and helpful and I also got some recommendations for places to go from him. House is suited just 2 min from a supermarket and from public transport. Bus takes you to the subway in different directions or to the tram into the city. It's very quiet because it's just small houses in the area and it takes a few minutes to the next pub. Sure to be there again some time.

Visiting Vienna with 9flats
9 flats accompanied my choice of flat and the related arrangements in a very smooth and competent manner. The choice was facilitated by a certain confidence in the review system adopted by 9 flats, of both owner and client. Regarding the 9 flats organization , there is comfort in arranging a stay where there is: Security of the payment being transferred to the owner 1 day after arrival, the accidental damage cover and all the necessary phone numbers and contact details even for emergency.
I will certainly travel again with 9flats.

Ideal and cheap solution for rening abroad
Perfect site to rent an appartment abroad. Very good first experience with 9flats.com when we (Dutch family) rented a appartment in Madrid. Everything was as expected or better.

Thies ist a good site, most of the Hosts respond in good time and are relieable. It is good organized and warns you, not to give too much of private Information. Our trips where in good Hands. But you must remember, if you don`t get a Response by a host in some days, the Reservation is cancelled automaticcally...

With the booking confirmation, you also got an emergency number, where you can reach us 24/7. If anything during arrival is not as you have requested it on 9flats.com, just give us a call and we will stop the pay out until the situation is cleared.
Could you please give us a bit more information why you are feeling scammed by us?
A booking reference would be helpful to get deeper into your issue.

Sorry, but this business model disadvantages the customer.
Frankly, I won't be using 9flats.com again. Two reasons. I was asked some ridiculously intimate personal questions to verify my identity, and that was after I had paid out over €1500 for a months accommodation. When challenged, the request was quickly dropped.... The second was that I had to rely invest a large amount of money and trust the honesty of the flat owner, and the description and photos of their apartment... The risk is totally mine and the cost of cancellation if what you get doesn't meet expectations is expensive. That's not a situation I'm prepared to risk again. Sorry 9flats.com your business is good for you, but not for your customers if they want to book accommodation longer than a couple of days.

In your case we also decided to waive all our security efforts after you denied to send the requested files and kept your booking anyway.
