Joined up because 7bet was offering £20 free bets for the Grand National. After putting qualifying bet on, I discovered that it was in fact three bets, £6, £8 and £8 and you had to use them separately after each has been settled. I tried to use the first £6 free bet, but it was stuck on "pending' all weekend. This morning, Monday, I have been told by 7bet that I could only use it on the Grand National festival. How was I supposed to do that when it was stuck on "Pending" all weekend. Absolute scam and I wouldn't go near 7bet if you have any sense.

Offered a new customer promotion for a specific event that required a minimum £20 stake to redeem. Tried to place a bet and their automated system kept reducing it, not sure why, no reason given. As a result, couldn't take advantage of the promotion.

Contacted customer services via Live Chat and they didn't seem to understand the issue at all. Kept telling me to place my bet on another sport instead, despite it being an event-specific promotion...

Account closed the same day it was opened. Plenty of other options out there, don't bother with these guys.
