New to this casino and managed to win £140 from a £20 deposit. Had to provide ID and copy of bank card used for deposit before I could withdraw, which I duly uploaded.
Withdrawal processed next morning (within about 12 hours), so not too bad, but only 4 stars as other casinos process instantly, which is much better.
I feel your reviews would be much higher if you moved to automatically processed withdrawals once ID is sorted.

This site is a complete joke the agents are no help whatsoever an they take your money when your fully verified but when you go to withdraw its a problem and your account gets closed with no explanations would not recommend that anyone use it as its a complete nightmare trying to speak with them as all

Clicked link to offer directly and took me to despot £40, promo code was already in the box, so hit apply and made the deposit.

Completed the wagering at above min odds. No free bet next day, so on to live chat.

Told I did not apply the bonus code at deposit. Had issues before so had screenshot it, but they didn't care less. Bonus code not applied. Nothing we can do about it.

Would be a technical issue their end as bonus code was applied and have it on screenshot, but they not intrested, is my fault apprently that the code was not applied and they will not credit it.

I wagered £40 and was epecting £8 Free bet, they could have just credited that, but they don't care less.

Will stick with the high street names from now on who know how to look after their customers!
